I used to have some custom Javascript code on the website that I used via CSS&Javascript toolbox plugin, which for some reason stopped working. When trying to add any other custom JS via this or other plugins it does not get executed. What the code is supposed to do is t swap content of a div depending on a link click (show this div and hide others)
I have also tried installing some tab plugins like WP tabs, switching all the other plugins apart from this one, but none of the new tabs plugins that I have tried seem to work either (all of them glitch in different ways – do not show content or don’t react on licks or other problems). I find it unlikely that out of the few high rated plugins I tried somehow all of them do not work, so I suspect there is a problem with the site itself.
At this point I am not sure what the problem is as neither JS nor plugins work with all the plugins turned off either. How can I fix it?

]]>It does not work, when a SMTP-Mailer is installed instead of the normal WP-Php-Mailer.
I wrote the Support 4 days ago. First, they closed my ticket, without any response. Second, when I reopened it and asked them, what will happen next, or if there will be no support, I didn’t even receive an answer.

I tried elementor also and the template page wouldnt load.
So far i have tried radiate, astra, receptar, oceanwp and non of the plugins work for them. I have tried flushing the cache, i have no idea what else to try.

]]>I cant switch from visual to html in editor and plugins not working (empty) some of them working but buttons into them not , i’ve tried to disable all plugins to discover the origin after clearing cache but with no result .
By the way i have a arabic website so that changing the theme may cause some issues.

When I go to settings, nothing comes up under tools and only social sharing comes up under settings. I changed my website’s domain name, but lost some functionality. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I am using Generatepress with a Child theme. After updating the main theme today, several plugins did not work anymore.
And yes, I have deactivated those, one after the other.
What helped in the end was manually returning to version 1.4 of Generatepress…

details can help: short time ago i was infected with a malware (traffic extractor) that edited my .htacess file to send my visitors to another site, i solved that downloading all the FTP files deleting the corrupted .htaccess files and upload againg.
i dont know if i touched a file that broke this function.
