WordPress and woocommerce published many updates but your plugin not updated and slow down my website. Please update your plugin and fix the bugs.

I am encoutering some problems in our plugin, upon trying to update the plugin in our wordpress website, we received an error and that error made our website not working, so we need to deactivate our Mailchimp plugin.

So here is the error we got:

I was tasked with creating a few pages on my company’s website, which was built on an older version of Elementor. I tried updating the plugin from the dashboard but it said “Download failed. Not Found.” something along those lines.

I’m very new to this so this might’ve been a dumb move, but I downloaded the latest file for Elementor and uploaded it on WordPress. Not long after, it gave me the WSOD without any dashboard, which means I can’t deactivate the plugin.

None of the WordPress logins are able to enter the dashboard. I’m not sure if anyone has ever accessed the FTP, and even if they do they are long gone (left the company).

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. But no one knows what are the admin email and password for me to reach out and get support.

I made a backup of the website on the UpdraftPlus plugin before updating it. I’m hoping this doesn’t erase the contents of the site.

I hope this is enough information to get me some help as I’m entirely new to this. And apologies if the terms are incorrect.

As an example, here is a page that has two listings for the same business https://allenparkchamber.net/business-directory-2/?wpbdp_view=search&kw=zeal. The one with the logo is older, throws a 403 error. The other listing is for the same business, but doesn’t display the logo but instead, the default image. No matter how many times the featured image (the logo) is added, it never displays.

I created a new listing today, https://allenparkchamber.net/business-directory-2/test/, and any new listings will not display the image either.

Here is what has been done to try to correct the issue with no success:

• All plugins, theme (Betheme) and WP version updated,
• Each plugin disabled to see if there is a conflict and nothing changed after testing each
• Changed theme to default WordPress 2025 and issues still persist
• Per your troubleshooting page, Disabled advanced CPT integration, no change
• Deleted and reinstalled the plugin
• Checked htaccess file for any potential restrictions to plugin
• Checked permissions for plugin
• Made sure that plans are set for FREE

Issue: Wordfence identified this plugin as having a security vulnerability, which it flagged as critical. I’d like to know if this can be resolved by updating, or if removing the plugin is recommended.
Outdated Plugin:

Plugin: “WordPress Automatic Plugin” (version 3.99.0 -> 3.107.0)
This plugin was flagged for needing an upgrade. The issue was rated as “Medium.” I’d like to confirm if simply updating this plugin will resolve the issue without any compatibility risks.
I’d greatly appreciate guidance on the safest steps to take to resolve these issues, particularly for the critical flags. If there are specific actions I should take within Wordfence or any alternative solutions, please advise.
