Updating Plugin is creating error on my site

I have Ultimate Social Media Plus Version 3.6.7. There’s an update to version 3.6.9. When I update the plugin I get an error on my homepage. I have auto backups with godaddy so I was able to revert back to one of these updates. I tried to update the plugin again and the same thing happened. I am using WordPress Twenty Seventeen Theme, wordpress version 6.7.1 and PHP version 8.0.

Please advise on this.

Plugin translations are not working

I’m using Loco Translate to translate my plugins and theme. While I can generate translation files for plugins, I’m unable to generate any for the theme. Although the plugins appear to be translated successfully when I check the plugin translations, they aren’t reflected on the frontend. For instance, when searching on the Shop page, it still says “Showing products” in English. I’ve checked the plugin translation and it seems to have been translated into Turkish correctly, but it’s not reflecting on the frontend. How can I fix this? I’ve checked the files and found the languages folder in wp-contents, but Loco Translate doesn’t seem to be functioning correctly.

Whenever I try to make a new quiz or update an old one, it leads to a 404 error. I can update the questions and categories. It goes to the 404 after I click save or save and close. Any advice?

I have enabled the WordPress debug log to investigate the issue further. I also noticed that after deleting the GiveWP plugin, these messages are no longer present.

Could you please assist me in resolving these errors? It seems like there might be some residual traces or code from the plugin that is causing these issues.

Plugin Activation Error

I am running into an issue where when I activate the plugin it takes me to an error page saying “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” If I refresh the plugins page and click opt in it takes me to this same error page, there is also an error notification saying “WooCommerce?must be installed and activated in order to use?Subaccounts for WooCommerce.” and below that has the “You are just one step away –?Complete “Subaccounts for WooCommerce” Activation Now” message (which also takes me to the error page). I have tried re-activating WooCommerce, as well as disabling all other plugins and themes and this did not work. Other plugins with WooCommerce dependencies are working as well. Any help would be appreciated!

Plugin Crashing Site

I’m not sure exactly when this started happening, but it was within the last week or two. Every time I try to use the plugin, it causes a fatal error and crashes my site. I tried deactivating and reactivating it, and that too crashed my site. I do not know what is going on here. Please help. Thank you.

Email Confirmation Not Sending

Hello, I am trying to figure out why my form submission is being recorded on the backend but an email confirmation is not being sent. It is not being sent to my Spam folder. I am on version 1.0.16. For the From email, I have {value_element_2}. I am not sure if this is impacting it.
