Hello to everyoune,
I’m trying to restore our webpage after this was hacked last month. Likely I do have an backup.
I’ve installed the nevest WP version 6.7.1 manually, by creating a new DB, cleaning all FTP folders, giving new passworts for all accounts and so on. The fully new and empty page is existing.
First plugin I want to install and activate is wpvivid plugin.

I do the installation steps from the instruction:
Install WPvivid Backup & Migration Plugin
1.Go to your sites admin dashboard.
2.Navigate to Plugins Menu and search for WPvivid Backup & Migration.
3.Find WPvivid Backup & Migration and click Install Now.
4. Click Activate.

After clicking the “Activate” putton I get the folowwing errors and WP administration page is not accesable any more.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 69632 bytes) in …/wp-content/plugins/wpvivid-backuprestore/includes/class-wpvivid-remote-collection.php on line 15

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 65536 bytes) in …/wp-includes/class-wp-user.php on line 881

In both errors the allowed memory size is bigger then need to allocate. This is a mystery for me.

When I deactivate the wpvivid plugin during the DB entry or during the FTP folder renaming, then the WP administration page is accesable again.

By installing some another plugins like simple SSL or WP comerce no such error accures.

My provider uses PHP 8.0.1
Apache/2.4.10 (Debian)
MySQL-Client-Version: 5.5.62

I hope you can provide any help or ideas.

Unable to Activate WP-Adminify Plugin After Installation

Hello,

My name is Takeo, and I am reaching out for support with the WP-Adminify plugin. I encountered an issue while trying to record a review and tutorial video, as the plugin is not activating after installation.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

Downloaded the WP-Adminify plugin from the WP-Adminify dashboard and copied the license key.
Navigated to my WordPress dashboard, uploaded the downloaded plugin file, and clicked the “Install Now” button.
The plugin installed successfully.
Under the “Activate License” section in the dashboard, I entered my license key and clicked “Activate License.”

However, after clicking “Activate License,” the process doesn’t complete, and the plugin remains inactive. The button stays in the same state, without further progress.

Relevant Information:

Theme: Twenty Twenty-Four Version 1.2
WordPress Version: 6.7 (current)
No other plugins are in use

This issue prevents me from recording my review and tutorial videos, and I hope you can assist me in resolving it soon.

Error update control Generatepress plugin

I received a mail from Wordfence concerning gedel.nl and dharmoebe.nl:

Thursday 13th of June 2024 at 10:15:37 PM:
* During update control there occurred an error with ‘gp-premium’.

When checking the activation-status of Generatepress Premium there appears to be no problem: expiration date = January 28, 2025.
Could it be that the recently purchased GeneratePress One subscription, which includes the Premium and Blocks version, is disturbing this update control?

Plugin deactivated itself after updating and will not reactivate

So after having had some issues in getting all plugins to register that updates were availalbe and then update the various plugins including yoast SEO, the plugin then deactivated itself (no idea how) after the update and now will not reactivate. When i click activate, i’m presented with a message “Activation failed: The Yoast SEO plugin installation is incomplete. Please refer to?installation instructions“ and the instructions don’t include any reference to this type of error. The plugin has been in use for over a year so this is not a new install and it was working fine on the previous quite out of date verion.

YoastSEO version 22.1

WordPress version 6.4.3

All other plugins the latest versions.

Any help would be appreciated
