Hello, IT manager of a school in Azores, Portugal.
I have used JetPack stats for many years, but now all of the sudden its asking me pay a plan because the website is flagged as a comercial website?

It’s a school website.
We dont sell anything, we dont solicit donations or sponserships, we dont have ads on the website.

The only thing that changed recently is that to save costs we quit the webhosting we used and now have a local webserver passing through Cloudflare (free plan btw).

I’m using maipoet free plan and on the page admin.php?page=mailpoet-subscribers

it says : “This is the total of subscribed, unconfirmed and inactive subscribers we count when you are sending with MailPoet Sending Service. The count excludes unsubscribed and bounced (invalid) email addresses.”

and on the page admin.php?page=mailpoet-settings#/mta

the 1000 subscribers’ limit is stated for Mailpoet service and not for another SMTP service.

Is the 1000 limit still in place when using a non-Mailpoet SMTP service ?

Disable a Listing Field for some Plans

Hi, I have a few listing plans and have a listing field Website URL that only applies to the top plan. I can’t find a way to have it not show for the other plans both on frontend and also when user is submitting listing.

I notice you can have a field only apply to specific categories but this is not what I want as I only have one category. Is there a way to specify a The Website url should only be used for one plan?

Chatbot doesn’t work

Hello,

After installing and configuring AI Engine with OpenAI, I always get an error message when testing my chatbot. However, I paid for the $20 plan for GPT4 on OpenAI and correctly entered the secret key in the AI Engine settings.

For GPT4, here is the error message returned by the chatbot on the site:

“The model gpt-4 does not exist or you do not have access to it. Learn more: https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7102672-how-can-i-access-gpt-4.”

For GPT 3.5, this is the returned message:

“From OpenAI: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/error-codes/api-errors.”

Do you know what this could be due to ? I don’t have any other API or anything else that can use quota or credits of OpenAI.

Basic plan not available after account was created

Yesterday I became interested in the $9/m Basic plan, a sales person talked me into creating an account, I decided to try and created a free account first to build the form, but today when I try to upgrade within the acocunt I can only see the $16/m Plus plan as the lowest. What’s going on? How do I upgrade to Basic?

Images limit for plan not working

First of all, excellent plugin, I’ve been using your system for a while, thank you very much for having a free version.
But I have this problem with the plans and their limits, I created a free plan, I set it to allow 0 images to be uploaded, but in the Listing it still allows me to upload multiple images.

Told BLC Only Needed Starter Plan

Installed BLC Plugin and was prompted to upgrade my membership. I selected Pro and paid $150 for an annual membership as I was planning to install on two primary and two staging sites (WPMU DEC unfortunately counts these as separate sites for licensing purposes). When I tried to use BLC, it told me I had reached the tree site limit as the Pro membership actually has three plans WITHIN that plan and the lowest (Standard) has a three site limit. Confusing! When I contacted support I was told:

be absolute honest with you, you don’t need pro level for using BLC. So, let’s sort this out for you.

She was nice enough to process a refund which I hope to see, but when I cancelled and restarted the membership at the Starter Level, I am prompted by BLC:
