My first two posts last week – images upload and display fine, the latest post I did, no matter how many times I re-upload the pics, change size or format, they simply don’t show up when published. No idea what I am doing wrong!

The only thing I think happened in the meantime was that something called JetPack updated? (Such a noob when it comes to this!)

I just started out with this blog last week which I hosted on SiteGround as going forward I will be monetizing it, seemed sensible though I am finding it far fussier to use than the free version, I have another site – which is on the free WordPress – https://crowdedmindblog.wordpress.com/

I recently started having a problem with my thumbnails not showing on Facebook whenever I copy a URL and enter it onto my Facebook page. I had this problem before, and the solution was that I had to “Allow Pingbacks” on quick edit.

For the past few months, all of my posts have been working fine. I don’t remember changing anything and it just stopped using thumbnail.

Unable to create directory D:\Hosting\6800385\html/wp-content/uploads/2011/03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

I just noticed when I am adding a new post and I try to add images they are no longer showing.

Let me explain please.

I try to upload photos with either uploader and they load (crunch) OK and everything seems normal , except no picture shows up , im not getting any errors just a white space instead of a picture

I was using it until a few days ago and it was working fine , now I cant upload pictures

Can someone point me in the right direction?

When I’m writing a post and click on the add image icon, the screen comes up where I can either upload a file or link to a URL. When I try to upload a file, the media library does not get populated with the image (tried w/multiple images) and I cant insert it.

When I try to link to a URL, when I click insert the status bar thing comes up, fills up, then goes away and the image never gets put on the page.
