My client has a secured IT environment and asks me to use a DKIM key. I’ve read the documentation and I’ve understood that first of all I have to generate some keys (public and private) using an dedicated website and then:
– The public key should be entered in the DNS of the nomain name
– The private key: I have a doubt here. I’m using your free plugin / php sender. Where should I enter the private key?
Tx a lot for your help guys,
Marine

]]>After updating to WP 5.5, we can no longer use your plugin’s login email back-up method for receiving 2FA codes. It’s broken.
We brought up this issue with WP (click here for details).
You can also click here for additional debug.log details related to your plugin.
It appears WP 5.5 now requires affected plugin developers to update their plugins to fix this issue (i.e., deprecated PHP mailer function).
Please assist!

]]>I’m attempting to use the plugin on our multisite – but when you hit the subscribe button, there is huge dump of info from PHPMailer Object
Is this not compatible with a multisite install?
It does appear to be working – I just can’t have the text dump, I just need it to say “Thank you”.
Email confirmation for subscription is fine.
Thanks
Laura Brown
I’ve been trying to resolve my emails issues for 1 week now, and for right now, this works for me. I’ll probably play around with the simple code to see if I can add a return-path.
]]>I have MailPoet set to send. It sends. Dead emails bounce back.
Yay. So far, so good.
However, I never receive my newsletter (I subscribe, as a qa thing). Oddly, when I test it out using the send sample mail, it works. Just the mass mailing doesn’t (just under 320 emails, sent in batches of 50).
I recently moved from 1and1 to Bluehost, and since being on Bluehost, it sends-but-doesn’t-receive.
I’ve contacted them and they say there are no limitations with PHP Mailer.
Any suggestions? I normally have a 20 – 30% read rate, and since moving servers it reads 0%. Not good!
(I’m using the latest 2.7.11.3 version of MailPoet. I have 3 ready, but it didn’t migrate my newsletters over, so I’m not using it just yet….)
(I’ve set it with and without cron job enabled (geeky options))
