Photos small, not proportionate

Since I installed the newest update, any photos in a post after the first three are tiny and out of proportion (squished vertically). The first 3 appear fine. The photo block is the correct width, since the caption fill the full size. I’ve looked at the HTML, and it has the correct pixel width and height, although the photo doesn’t display at that size. This is happening with all posts, even old one.

Photos attached to album but not displaying

ISSUE 01
- Album 42 has 150 photos but ONLY one photo is shown on both EDIT ALBUM page and when displayed using short code. Exporting the Album exports only one photo but it used to have 150 photos.
ISSUE 02
- Albums not displaying photos when using short code. However, they do show correctly on the Album Edit page.
- When displaying short code [wppa type=”pcount” album=”32″] for the number of photos in the album, it displays the number correctly.
- Happened to ALL the albums. For example (feel free to click around the tabs and sub-tabs) https://investmentnewproperties.com/randolph-fourplexes/ has several tabs and sub tabs. They show the cover image correctly and below it, the number of photos/videos is displayed. It shows correctly the number of photos/videos and the edit page of the album shows all the photos/videos associated with the album.
- When displaying using short code [wppa type=”cover” album=”32″], it displays ONLY one photo.
ISSUE 03
- In the tab “Community Drivearound videos”, videos are NOT getting displayed, eventhough the file it links shows as a video upon directly accessing it using – https://investmentnewproperties.com/wp-content/uploads/wppa/1212.mp4
- Editing the album shows the correct video file entry

Not importing photos

I exported 10 posts from my old site. The posts have photos. When I import them in the new site using Tools -> Import -> WordPress it accepts the XML file, but when I check the box that says “download media files and import” it doesn’t actually do that. All the posts show broken image links. How do you use the download images feature?

Lost all my Smush thumbnails!

After a bad update of my site theme, I restored the site from a recent backup. After a recent bulk Smush process, Smush tells me that it cannot find 1191 thumbnails of my 2079 total!!!!

I have lots of website backups. Where can I find those missing thumbnails? They are all I have to restore those 1200 pictures!!! I was unaware of the need to back up my originals when I started using Smush so I cannot hit the RESTORE button.

THIS IS A HUGE ISSUE! YEARS OF WORK GONE! PLEASE HELP ME RECOVER THOSE FILES.

I am sure you can help me. Thanks for helping to rescue the main worksite I have worked on for nine years!

Low-resolution photos displaying on mobile

On our home page we have a SiteOrigin Post Carousel widget. It looks great on desktop but no matter which file size we choose for the images, they appear to be blurry on mobile. Is there a reason for this? Am I missing something in the settings that’s creating this issue?

I’ve installed dozens of lightboxes in search of the perfect one. And this is it! Light weight, very fast, has pretty url hash, and is visually dazzling. The demo showcases the gallery well. As a free user I asked a question in the forums, swiftly received a great response. I was sold on getting the pro version which is an incredible value. Out of the box there is a plethora of features followed by customizations in the forums. The ability to convert links to iframes, videos, and other content is the cherry on top. Most responsive lightboxes don’t work with touch screen monitor swipes, Air Fancy Lightbox is the exception to this and swipes beautifully. I also love that images are zoomed to the precise position via a single touch, the second and third best galleries I’ve tested require more effort to navigate (double tab). Full screen can be enabled by default so your audience can jump straight in to the best viewing experience. Support has been great.

Issue with image loading

Hello,

I am operating a photo-aircraft spotting website.

Since my last WordPress update I got some issue with the loading of the images on my posts.

Some photos are visible in the thumbnail, but most of them are not. However, not a single photo is loading anymore and I don′t know what happened and how I can solve this issue. I have tried the plugin “WP-Rollback” and switched to another older version, but nothing has been changed.

I don′t want to loose my photo archiv with more than 3000 photos, so any help is much appreciated!
