I have the paid extensions package but none of the technical support forms on your pro website are working.
On my ultimate member profile page the ‘upload album’ button is not working.
I get a Javascript:void error when clicking on it.
The styling is also not correct so the text is not visible after clicking on the button.
Please assist
]]># BEGIN WordPress <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d RewriteRule . /index.php [L] Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*" Header set Access-Control-Allow-Headers "Origin, X-Requested-With, Content-Type, Content-Disposition, Accept" </IfModule> # END WordPress
But with this one (katorhealthline.co.) nothing seems to work.
Some help will be highly appreciated.
]]>I have also tried all the steps here https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/114-photo-uploads-not-working and contacted our server to enable the PHP features that were suggested but it still doesn’t work…
Any advice on how I can get it to work?
Thank you
]]>After migrating a website using UM from an NGINX server to one running LiteSpeed photos can’t be uploaded by users. In Chrome I just get “ERROR” and one of the users gets this (not sure which browser he’s using though):
ERROR: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data
I’ve tried disabling other plugins that might be conflicting, like Ivory Search and Ninja Forms, but no dice…and everything worked on the development server (same versions of WP and plugins).
]]>I’m trying to completely rebuild it using Brizy Pro (I’ve done other sites since using this builder) But am having issues.
I fully wiped the website using the WP reset plugin and started again,m everything is working fine aside from the media uploader.
Originally got the error message – “post-processing of image failed likely because the server is busy
I’ve since tried altering my PHP settings – Downgrading to a previous version of WP and using the disable big image threshold. I normally use Smush pro but I’ve disabled and deleted that.
I can now get media to upload however it’s slow, I get lots of errors and when they do upload the quality is awful.
Is there anything I should be looking at which would be causing conflicts? Could it be a problem with my hosting? I’ve contacted them about this but they were not very helpful.

https://warrickmusical.org/wp-content/uploads/38447a62e603ab80b1a39946a5691b3c/karri.jpg
but when I go in to my server via FTP, there is no such directory.
Did Caldera forms just not upload the files yet created a phantom link? I am missing 60 photos and I’m trying to figure out if it could be somewhere else before I go a bit crazy and have everyone redo it.
]]>No matter what I do in the back end of the plugin I cannot get a profile photo to upload. It always says “file too big” but I have set the bytes all the way up to 1000 and still not working. Just wondering how I can solve this issue?
