This seems very basic and I did find the doco about adding custom fields but with the proviso that if you added a custom field you get no support. It just seems weird that there is nowhere to capture customers phone numbers in the plugin or am I missing something very obvious here??

My online store is not storing the phone numbers in “Customers WordPress Database” under “Woocommerce >> Customers”.

My phone number is already required.

I tried to make the phone numbers from the listings clickabe by adding this… echo “phone”>$post->phone“;

But it doesn’t work. How can numbers be clickable when viewing the listing from a phone? Please help.

We are successfully running store locator plus, and have several locations added. However, the phone numbers aren’t dialable on mobile. Is this supported in the free version? Thanks!

I would like to get back the phone numbers given by the resquested field “phone number” but I don’t know how to do this. It does not appear in the message I receive from the contact form.
Does anybody have the solution, please?

I have a landing page set up and I am wanting to use a different phone number than I use for the rest of the site but I can not figure out how to do that.

phone numbers in field not working properly

Sometime between 3/16/15 and 3/23/15 the phone number fields on our forms stopped working properly. Not just one form but all four that we created with version 1.01. It might have happened when I upgrading 1.1.3 but I’m not sure since I didn’t note the date when that update occurred.

Our firms ask for three phone numbers (Phone, Direct Dial, Fax) and use the format building into your plugin so they appear as three fields (3 digit area code, 3 digit prefix, and last four digits).

Before the information we received (in database and by email) looked like this:

Phone #:: 111-222-3333
Direct Dial #:: 444-555-6666
Fax #:: 777-888-9999

Now it looks like this:

Phone #::
Phone #1:: 222
Direct Dial #::
Direct Dial #:: 555
Fax #::
Fax #:: 888

They appear twice, one blank and again with just the 3-digit prefix.

I have no idea where to start to fix this. I was hoping the update to version 1.1.6 would sort this out but it didn’t.

I recently used dudamobile to mobilize my website and everything looks great on Android devices. On iPhones however my business’s telephone and fax numbers do not show up…they’ve magically disappeared. How can I fix this?

I′m playing with wptouch trying to make a simple shop guide app. Each post is a different shop,eachshop has its contact info like this:

Location/ addres:
Tel.:xxxxxxxx
etc
etc

For the first time i′ve tryied i was able to touch the phone number from my iphone and the dialing dialog cames up.
Now without any modification this behavior stopped….

Any clue on how to get my phone numbers “clickable” again?
