I installed your plugin and tried to convert one image to understand how it works and what the process for converting more images later is, and as soon as I checked the conversion options (no tweaking though), and then chose an image to try to convert to WebP, I got the following message (pasting the output log with altered file path parent to the wp-content directory – all else unchanged)

I’m confused. On one hand I see “Permission denied” errors, on the other hand I see “missing dependencies” errors.

What do I need to do next to get it to work?

I use members to create a new role “shop manager” to manage orders. They should be able to create new orders in the wendellestate.ca estore backend (under woo/orders), but when they try, they each get an error message “Sorry you are not allowed to access this page”. I have double-checked and they do have permission under orders to “publish orders”. Why can’t they publish orders/create new orders and how to fix this? Thanks

Hey guys I have a problem with my website since I had to delete some malware on my website.

After I deleted the malware I now gave plugin.php all the rights it needs 755 so I don’t know what else I can do. My host provider told me to delete all the old plugins I wasn’t using anymore and it might help but sadly it didn’t either.
Do you guys have any tipps for me?

We are running a site with Matomo Analytics Plugin for WordPress 4.13.0. Overview page ist showing data. But unfortunatelly there are problems when we try to open up

report page
tag-manager page
matomo-admin page (from settings)

We run into an 403 / “forbidden”-page with “You don’t have permission to access this resource. I managed to find the system-report which states some problems – but I cannot match those errors with current info from phpinfo (see https://oerhb.at/info.php )

I’ve asked our hoster for help, which refused to help, but only provided an info that we are using an Shared Hosting Managed WordPress.

Please let me know if there is anything we can do, to get matomo u

Hi bro,
thanks for this fantastic plugin, but sometimes the plugin doesn’t work, it shows “Permission denied” only, which occurs because of cash when I flush it, the plugin return working fine.
so, could you please tell me how to fix this problem?

Elementor editor not loading

Hi, I’m new to using Elementor on WP. I have a SSL cert installed via the CPanel and no problem accessing the site but my Elementor Editor is not working. I get the blank page. I thought it might be WP v6.0 causing the problem but even on a blank new site with WP v5.9.3 the Elementor editor is still not working. Please help or direct me to the resolution if it has been answered before. Please see below my system info provided by the Elementor plugin.
