Plugin: Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce

Hi,
I’ve been using the Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce plugin for some time now and appreciate its functionality. However, I’d like to request assistance or a feature enhancement.
I need to create a new custom order status called “Outstanding Balance”. Everything works as expected in terms of setting up the status, but I’d like this status to behave similarly to the default WooCommerce status “Pending Payment”. Specifically, I want customers to be able to pay for their orders or balance due directly from the “My Account” page, just as they can with the woo “Pending Payment” status.
Currently, the “Pending Payment” status is the only one that allows customers to pay directly through the “My Account (orders) ” page or using the payment link in an email or directly at the actions section. I don’t see an option in the plugin to enable this functionality.
Could you please let me know if it’s possible to create a custom status with this payment capability? If not, could you provide guidance on how to achieve this functionality?

We have issues with the plugin lately after plugin update. Customers make the payment but the order status changes to cancelled after processing status.Upon checking few threads it suggested that removing the Hold Stock feature to null in woocommerce will resolve the issue.
After doing the same few orders move to “Pending Payment” even though customers make the make payment.
Does anyone have the similar issues ?
Similarly, when I try to achieve the same functionality, I could not achieve it using WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin. Order itself not created, Until I complete the payment. How can I achieve the same functionality using the above-mentioned plugins?
The problem I’m facing is that when paying with Klarna, order status is not changed, even the payment was successful (I got the “Thank you” page in WC, transaction is also successful in Stripe dashboard). Order status stays at “Pending payment” and got cancelled eventually due to the missing payment. Transaction mode is set to “Test mode”.
I’m using your plugin in version 3.9.9.

the order is just set to pending, help!
how do I figure out where it is going wrong? Payment is not reaching stripe as there’s no failed records on there, and there’s no notes or anything on the woocommerce order that’s pending.
How can I fix?
]]>2 hours later i realised it should have nothing to do with shared paged as i am using secure field that buyer should only stay in the website and finalised the payment, please help with issue, i have enable to dubug mode that i can share the log for those “pending payment” transaction

Apparently this seems to be the problem I’m facing, right?
The problem is, how can I solve this? I’m not a developer, so I don’t have the expertise in coding. I would like some help if possible..

I am facing issue with the order status in the woocommerce order. The customers have done the payment and is reflected in the Razorpay dashboard. But In WooCommerce Orders, it is still showing as Pending Payment.
I had contact the Razorpay for this issue. They said that this issue is with woocommerce as it is properly reflected in the Razorpay dashboard.
Even through this is random, It is occurring for 3-5 customers everyday.
Please look into this issue and solve this issue ASAP.
