PDF not displaying up loaded images

Good afternoon,

i have set up the form and the PDF out put, when i select the preview of the PDF it shows the image will be added but when i recieve the actual PDF there image does not appear in the PDF.

PDFs not working on mobile/iPad

Thanks for this plugin! We’ve noticed that the plugin doesn’t show the next/back navigation buttons for PDFs when in mobile or tablet view. This means people can only view the first page of a PDF and nothing more. Are you able to investigate?

On the page link I’ve shared, the PDF lightbox will appear when you click the “Sample Menu” button.

Ottimo prodotto, molto utile per inserire sul proprio sito WP file in *.pdf. Io gestisco un sito di un’associazione che pubblica anche un piccolo mensile cartaceo. Sul sito conservo i *pdf di tutti i numeri della rivista per consentire ai lettori di trovare e leggere anche i vecchi numeri. Il mensile può essere letto direttamente sul sito o scaricato.

Very useful. Have been using it for years on a non-profit site (dutchgrammar.org) that offers free PDF downloads of a Dutch grammar book in multiple languages. We can track which language versions have been downloaded the most.

Excellent designer of forms, surveys… for wordpress!, and, most importantly, technical support!, which is essential for my work.
Very easy to integrate and with multiple design options.
The add-ons are great for PDF output for example, payment systems…
Overall, for me, it is one of the most complete.

Error in Free Version When Creating Gallery

I have just downloaded and installed/activated the Nextgen free version. I created 2 galleries but I have had great difficulty with a third. This one only contains PDF files. I keep getting errors and advised to look at the php error log. This error log contains NO ENTRIES for the day!

I strongly suspect that (unlike Envira!) you do not support PDFs in galleries. But, of course, your website is lacking in any actual information about this. So, I have to come here, raise a ticket and waste even more of my time.

No doubt, a paid option is available but WHY OH WHY aren’t you upfront with all the facilities on offer. IT really is a PITA trying to pick through all the marketing BS on your sites. Get rid of those halfwits and get technical people to provide useful info.

So, please. The question is do you support PDFs in your galleries? If so, HOW? Thanks

Files Exported from Indesign Producing Error Code

We have continuously been receiving a “bad end offset” error code when trying to embed PDFs onto our website.

We have cleared the cache, disabled all plug-ins and then enabled one-by-one to try and isolate a conflict with no success. We have uploaded various PDFs and a common factor seems to be that PDFs where designs where created in InDesign produce this error code, while PDFs exported from Illustrator seem to function just fine.

We have tested out various file sizes, reducing PDF size with no success. We even tried to open the PDF exported from Indesign, reopen in Illustrator, and export from Illustrator, but it still produced an error code.

Our site is hosted through Pantheon and my technical knowledge is limited to push plugins from dev > test > live and then managing content through WordPress. Any insight would be greatly appreciate.

The most practical and userfriendly

This is the only plugin I could find which is userfriendly and integrates in wpforms. It converts my wpforms to pdf and attach the pdf on the mail while sending. Only minor point is that the selected fields in the pdf template all show “the difficult field number” instead of the userfriendly name which you can choose while composing the template.

Error to create and sent PDF invoice

Recently I have been getting this error when downloading the invoice in PDF:

and sending it via Email generates this other error:
