We used to have an option in completed Orders to “Send PDF to client” when we are inside the client order.

Near the top right section.

We cannot seem to find it now, seems to have disappeared. Could you please advise ?

I was working on the settings so I have changed nothing.

During a recent upgrade to WordPress 6.4.3 we noticed that one of the plugins isn’t working as expected. Although all three have valid licenses, when we click the button to create a PDF invoice or packing slip, the PDF fails to load. I’ve tried multiple browsers, but I can’t seem resolve the issue.

Is this a known issue? anyone have a fix? Please advise, and thanks!

I have just installed this plugin and also bought a pro version of it but i can’t seem to make it work with WooCommerce deposits plugins, The invoice is successfully created for 1st deposit but when i go into 2nd deposit for a partial payment reminder i see this error

and when i checked the logs i saw that a certain class was missing from the plugin

Just a simple question :

When ordering a product with a subscription (6 months), I applied a fixed promo code by mistake when I wanted to give my customer a reduction of €15/month.

In “WooCommerce / Orders”, I therefore find the initial (parent) invoice dated December 7, 2023 and for an amount of €120 (€135-€15) and I can therefore download and send the invoice in PDF format to my customer.

But, on January 7, my client contacted me to understand why he was not seeing his reduction.

After some research in the back office, I found my error and so I modified the incorrect promo code settings and, on his “order” I used the “apply new promo code + recalculate” option.
Everything seems to be working fine.

But when I search for the invoice for January 7, 2024, it does not appear in the invoices but in the subscriptions. Which is logical, because in fact, it is not a simple product (like a table or a keyboard) but a service with a 6-month subscription.

How can I generate this month’s invoice as well as those for future months?
(Knowing that the invoice for January 2024 does not appear in “WooCommerce / Orders” but in “WooCommerce / Subscriptions”)?

Is there an option I haven’t seen?

I recently noticed that images are appearing on the invoices. I have no idea why they are suddenly appearing, but they’re making a mess of things. I don’t know how to upload the images (new here). Also, I’ve pasted the invoice link, but without being an admin on my account I’m not sure how anyone will be able to see it. I did email them directly to WP Overnight (Darren Peyou -WP Overnight support team) Can you kindly direct me on how to remove images from this plugin as there are no options currently in the settings.
