But.. when checking the Activity in BOTH PayPal Sandbox accounts (Business and Personal), no monies were added (business) and no monies were deducted (personal) and no record of any transaction exists.

]]>I would prefer that the on-hold message not be sent as it is just confusing. Is there something in my set up causing this? Or can I turn it off?
]]>Yesterday the PayPal Sandbox was working. But today all the orders get sent to the trash and have no details in them and no emails are sent.
There is nothing in the error file.
I changed nothing on PayPal.
When PayPal returns to the site the $_REQUEST is full of order details.
As far as I can tell the plugin never makes it past this if statement:
if(isset($_REQUEST[‘simple_cart_ipn’]))
in the misc_functions file.
If I look at $_REQUEST at this point I can’t see ‘simple_cart_ipn’.
I have tried re-installing the plugin (although it retained the settings).
The site is a test site running on nginx which uses fail2ban.
]]>I have encountered a serious bug with the previous version of woocommerce. An order was made on my site, when the “Enable PayPal Sandbox” box was checked. Woocommerce processed the order as usual, and generated a PayPal transaction ID. However, I did not receive any funds, and PayPal does not recognize the transaction ID. I am unable to determine if the customer was actually charged, though I suspect she was not. I have since disabled sandbox mode, and performed a test order with a second real account, which functioned correctly. Since I using the free version of Woocommerce, my support options are limited. Should I issue a refund to customer and ask them to order again, or just have them order again? Any help is greatly appreciated.

]]>Unfortunately that order shows that it’s pending for payment, which is very strange since the “payment” has been made. Why is this happening?
