1. Calculated by SliceWP as £86.06, but it should be £212.36
2. Calculated by SliceWP as £59.42, but it should be £809.42
The other 3 affiliates with qualifying pay-outs are correctly being calculated.
I can’t see any reason why this should be happening, how do I correct it?
FYI, the affiliate in #1 above has had two pay-outs previously, none of the others including #2 above has had any pay-outs yet.
I determined what the pay-outs should be by counting back the number of days of our grace period on the calendar, and then adding up all unpaid commissions being shown for the affiliate from BEFORE that date.
We have received the following error messages for failed payouts:
What we tried:
What is expected:
The payouts should be made to employees automatically after a product(s) are bought on the site.
Actual result:
After a product(s) is purchased, the money is sent to the admin’s Paypal account. From there a payout is supposed to be made to the employee(s) Paypal accounts, but the payouts fail with the error messages listed above.
]]>`Hi there,
Thank you for keeping us posted. I understand that your payouts are still suspended. Please allow me to shed some light on this.

After some digging I found out that the deposit schedule has been switched from “daily” to “manual”. I tried to contact Woocommerce (opening tickets) but they don’t answer.
I really don’t know what to do anymore. I am missing the best month to increase my sales.
Can you fix the issue? Thank you
Is there a way to have commission payouts pay for multiple pages for a single vendor? For example, only 10 items sold per vendor shows in their commission screen, but I can have one vendor with 2500 items sold during the period. I can only get payouts to pay for the first ten items.
Also, lately the system is showing items not yet paid out to the vendor as “paid” instead of “due”. In the past this hasn’t been too terrible for me to adjust, but I just spent two hours on one vendor adjusting the items they are due for payout next month from “paid” to “due”.
My platform is large and rapidly growing. I don’t know if we’re too big for what WC Vendors can handle at this time.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
]]>I was having problems with accepting vendor withdrawal requests since they were returning authorization errors and read that for this function to work, the Payouts API should be enabled for live mode in my PayPal account.
Yet I’m still having problems. I’ve contacted PayPal support several times and they re-assured me over and over again that the API is already enabled in live mode (which is strange cause the option to enable it is still showing up on my developer account). I’ll post below the error log when trying to approve vendor withdrawal request:
2019-10-11T15:38:37+00:00 ERROR #000004 – PayPal payment processing failed: {“name”:”AUTHORIZATION_ERROR”,”message”:”Authorization error occurred.”,”debug_id”:”968873e81b4b2″,”information_link”:”https:\/\/developer.paypal.com\/docs\/api\/payments.payouts-batch\/#errors”,”links”:[]}
2019-10-11T15:38:37+00:00 ERROR #000004 – payment processing failed: Ocorreu um erro. Tente novamente mais tarde.
Since PayPal’s support team said that the WCFM Plugin isn’t officially supported by them, I should request technical support through this forum.
Thanks in advance.
]]>I was trying to set up PayPal Mass Pay for the plugin. However, upon checking, I found PayPal Mass Pay is deprecated and is now replaced by PayPal Payouts. See the link for reference.
https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/mass-pay/gs_MassPay/
Wonder if Payouts is compatible with the plugin? If so, how to set it up? It will be great if you can also update the instruction.
Thanks
