Is there is setting that I missed? Or other way to solve this?
]]>But then the backend and the app show the payment status as “paid” from the moment of ordering. This is a bit premature (and confusig for the user) because we have ‘cash on pickup’. Could that payment status indication be postponed until order is closed? Is that already possible or did I miss something?
Thank you in advance!
]]>I have an issue with some orders being stuck in Pending Payment status, even though the payment went through. This happens randomly, and I didn’t find any errors related to payments in the debug.log. A couple of times, for this stuck orders, the status changed to Processing as it should, but it happened hours from the actual payment. For the rest we have to change the status manually. Could you please advice on how to fix this?
]]>I’m selling products through WooCommerce online store. Customers have to create an account during the checkout process (with an e-mail and password).
When a paid product is purchased, the customer has access to plenty of free offers.
The problem (I guess) is that WordPress creates the account before checking the payment status. This means that if my customer doesn’t pay, he can still access to the free offers.
The problem occurs with one swiss-specific payment method (TWINT).
On WooCommerce settings, I have the following boxes ticked: “Allow customers to place orders without an account”, “Allow customers to create an account during checkout” and “When creating an account, automatically generate a username from the customer’s e-mail address”.
Any idea ?
Thank you !
]]>I do not have the “Issue an authorization on checkout, and capture later” enabled.
Do I just have to wait longer? It’s been days. Does “authorized” mean that the payment is guaranteed and I can fulfil the order? Or is it just a status notification and I really do have to wait until the money arrives? But then why would the same happen with “SOFORT”? Its entire reason to exist is being instant.
Isn’t the entire reason for a payment gateway that I don’t have to wait?

]]>As far as I’m able to understand, the only parameter available on that page in such case is the value of “PayerID” passed via GET (without any POST available): is there a way to obtain other parameters used for example to compile the debug log (e.g. the “payment_status” value) on the fly on that page and use it in a simple php if cycle (via proper plugin that allows to use php in pages) to achieve what I want?
thank you in advance for any help
