Email Notification – Pre payment

As far as I am aware when a user submitted the form and was redirected paypal, an email notification was sent to the emails listed within the form, now it appears that there is an email only sent on completion of payment. I know some people dislike this feature as it would alert them to a potential successful payment even though it may not have been completed but for us it will allow us to chase any client who has not successfully paid. We are using version 4.0.0, within this version should it send an email when the form is submitted and not on payment completion? Is it possible to introduce a toggle where as a user we can set when notifications are sent – either on form submission or successful payment?

We have just starting using this plugin after numerous issues with another that was designed for syncing Contact 7 forms with PayPal (or stripe) and not working properly. This plugin does work, however our only concern is that as another reviewer commented recently, notifications are only sent on successful completion after returning from paypal, not right after submitting the form. This has resulted in not getting a copy of all completed forms if a customer doesnt finalise the payment process. Is there any way to change this process so that all completed forms irrelevant of payment completion are sent via email? Even if one email is sent on form submission and another after payment, that would be better.

Renewal “processed”, but ignored the fee.

The renewal for one of our subscribers, processed on April 15, failed to process the renewal fee.
Looked at Stripe and the webhook – the transaction WAS pushed to Stripe, but it was for $0.00.

Looked at the Transaction using the transaction/subscription ID – it shows $990 was charged. sub_1P5wFBBNstdCjtj08JGhgPhT

“View Subscription” shows the fee of $990, but somehow it got zeroed out when it processed.

One – what is the best way to correct the issue?
Two – how do we prevent this going forward?

Looked at the transaction using the order number – invoice code 4768DD7CD1 – and while it has the CC information stored, it has $0.00 for the total.

The renewal is member User ID 12.

Transactions are not processing through Square

My payouts/transactions are not processing through Square. My inventory is synced, but the main reason I downloaded this plugin to for my WordPress website is to be able to have my payment transactions process through Square. How can this my fixed? Is there something wrong with my settings that I am missing?

Furthermore our form on the website doesnt submit. When you press the submit button the button label changes to ‘processing’ but then nothing happens. Unsure if its related to the above error messages.

We are currently testing this with Sabadell Test Credentials and when we press “Pay” to process the payment, nothing happens

Hi, I started to see an issue with my Shopping store. I am using WooCommerce and the Deposits-Partial Payment plugin. But when payment done through deposits, it did not update “Payment Completed” option in WooCommerce order section. I have to manually update that Payment Processing to Payment Completed in WooCommerce Section. Can you help me in that?

Credit Card field not appearing at checkout

Hi All,

Could really use some assistance troubling shooting my website and have no idea who to ask or where to start at? My web guy who created my site said I would need to create a job order on Upwork.com to get it fixed as he does not know the back end coding part of WordPress.

Problem: On my webpage (GabricKBBQ.com) when you place an item in your Shopping Cart and proceed to Check Out there is no field to enter your credit card number. It would normally appear in the gray colored box, just below the credit card icons and just below the wording that says, “Pay securely using your credit card.”

I have disconnected Square as my payment processor and reconnected it but it has not fixed the issue.

The problem us causing me to lose sales and not sure what to do to fix it? Any helpful ideas, please, in layman’s language?
