How to handle failed order

Hello, I have just encountered my first “Failed Order”. The reason the order failed is because the zip code failed validation. In my woo commmerce order page for this user there are 3 order notes:

1. “Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.”
2. “A payment of $28.99 failed to complete with the following message: Error: The zip code you supplied failed validation.”
3. “A payment of $28.99 failed to complete with the following message: Error: Your card was declined.”

My customer is telling me that they were charged for the order. My woocommerce transactions do not show me ever receiving this payment, and the order notes say card declined.

Did my customer pay? Is the money being held by woocommerce until I fix the address issue? Should I ask my customer to order again using the suggested address? Any thoughts on how i can resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Updated to version 3.7.0 woo & 2.0.4 square & doesn’t work correctly…..

After an update to the latest version of woocommerce 3.7.0 and update to the latest version of square 2.0.4 payments don’t work correctly.

The problems we’re having:

1) When a user tries to register when checking out / via checkout page there payment doesn’t go through.

2) When a user is logged in they also get a error when trying to pay. – “We were unable to process your order, please try again.”

3) If a user checks out as a guest, then it works fine.

We had to go back to the previous version of woocommerce 3.5.2 and back to the older version of square 1.0.38. for it to work properly.

Pay with Stripe Button not working on Desktop

Hi Everyone,

After filling out the details the Business Listing on the website you are redirected to the payment page. The payment page only allows you to pay with Stripe.

When you click the Stripe payment button to make your purchase the button doesnt have any functionality. It should execute the payment modal for the user to enter their card details. The button does not seem to trigger the modal of Stripe on your browser (Safari, Chrome etc) on desktop. I checked the settings of Stripe within the themes options and they all seem to be fine.

When I checked the payment process on mobile it works.

I think this could be a cache problem with the website. I was wondering does anyone know any solutions to fix this or any plugins that could aid this problem.

The theme I am using is Listingpro 1.2.13 and the version of WordPress being used is 4.9.5. I would greatly appreciate any help that someone could provide.

Seems Stripe and PMPro are not talking again….

Have numerous members reporting attempts to sign up and either getting some code warnings and having no success, or alternatively the sale goes through (sometimes twice) but does not create a new membership account.

I paid 199 for premium package. Plugin has never worked. As I investigate why people cant submit a listing, it indicates I need a payment gateway but it wants to charge me. I have the following listed on my wordpress site:
