For better understanding, we have made the checkout page as block based as the classic checkout page wasn’t working well. Additionally, on the checkout page, Woocommerce also stated Vipps as incompatible.
]]>We are trying to use your plugin to offer a month free trial for our 2 subscription products.
However, when we create the coupon code with a month free and a customer uses the code the payment is taken immediately and they don’t receive a free month.
Have we made a mistake when setting up the coupon?
The coupon is setup to allow one month free https://imgur.com/4YWyQhy
We have activated the ‘Allow $0 initial checkout without a payment method’ in the WooCommerce Subscriptions settings https://imgur.com/jWhDhic
When the coupon is used the payment is still taken https://imgur.com/oyZLBx7
Is there anything else we need to do to get this to work?
Many thanks
]]>I received a response from the Woo AI Support Assistant, which provided instructions on addressing the webhook issue on my Stripe account (basically to check the webhook endpoint URL), but upon checking, it was already entered correctly.
I use Stripe as my payment gateway. Could anyone please advise me on how to solve this issue?

“Hi, i’m trying to pay the next instalment for the WD Austerity. I enter my payment details and i keep getting told my card details are not complete, i’ve tried two different cards and double checked the details so think they are correct.
It isn’t the same card the order was originally placed on (that has been damaged and replaced).
When attempting to make a payment and required fields in the billing and shipping information are missing, clicking on the payment buttons simply scrolls me to the address section instead of receiving an error message indicating the missing fields.
I’ve checked the plugin settings and haven’t found an option to enable field validation before proceeding to payment. I’ve also compared this behavior with another PayPal plugin I used before, and that plugin correctly displayed error messages when fields were missing.
To reproduce the issue:
We get “error processing payment, please try again” since the last update.
I went through on the troubleshooting steps (all plugins switched out, changed the theme), but it doesn’t turn out what is causing the issue.
In the error log I see the following as a critical error, but not sure what does this mean: 2024-03-11T00:03:20+00:00 Kritikus Uncaught TypeError: count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given in /var/www/eftparterapia/data/www/eft-terapeutak.hu/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php:294
We faced the issue first, when we used a coupon which should give a 100% discount on a specific product, but I tested without coupon and the error remains.
Here is the system status:

Thanks for your help in advance!
