Arshak is a wonderful, patient developer with attention to customer needs. He took care of our needs of language hosting as smooth as a breeze and resolved our issues.
Elen – fantastic support on chat, documented our problems and ensured smooth coordination.
Fantastic support guys, keep up the good work!
]]>He is incredibly fast and punctual with his replies, and if he says there will be an update available soon, it comes out soon. He has helped us with CSS custom issues, such as fonts or placements of certain styles. Not only that, but he assisted us with the customised question form and put up with many of my our own personal questions and requests, that I feel most people would have been slow to reply or annoyed by.
Ultimately, we got everything and more we needed out of this app and you won’t find better customer support anywhere else. I strongly suggest using this app, if you are a wordpress user and want to keep costs down, while still receiving amazing support.
]]>First I tried a direct database-connection to the joomla-server — but effortless.
So I decided to import the Joomla-tables (finder-tables excluded! ) to the WordPress database. I cut my SQL-Export-Script into 4 parts (2-MB restriction for WP-import-tool) and imported them with PHP-MySql – No errors, all expected tables were created.
My first tries to start
WP-Tools > Import Data > “Import Joomla (FG)”
(with increasing timelimit for media-files … 5, 10, 15, 30 seconds)
with the “Import” Button all failed somehow; I think because of some limitation of PHP-execution-time on my server (a managed domain with a subdomain bearing the WP instance).
Finally I tried the “Stop Import”-button, getting a message about this stopping and appearing of the “Start / Resume the Inport”-button. After little waiting of about 30 seconds I pressed this “Start / Resume the Inport”-button — and after about 1-2 minutes the progressbar was growing again!
I had to repeat this last procedure about a dozen times, everytimes when the progress looked as freezed for some minutes … keeping patience was needed!
(Recommendation: It would be great to have a “0% … 100%” scale under this progressbar for easier examining if growing slowly or still frozen! — using the mouse-cursor instead is a little annoying …)
Finally after about 2 hours the whole job was done. And most WP-post-internal links are working after processing with the “Internal Links adjust (? anpassen)”-button. (sorry, I used the German version ;))
So I decided to give 4.5 of 5 stars.
Thanks from Freistatt, Germany for sharing this useful tool!

Why is my page taking so long? I have already tried to deactivate the Flickr plug-in and it has no effect.
Look forward to your reply,
Mark
