New User and Password Reset emails in ActiveCampaign

I would like to move the New User and Password Reset emails to ActiveCampaign so that I can manage all my emails in one locations.

I cannot find a way to generate or send the password reset link to ActiveCampaign. Is there a way to do this?

Hello,

I have a strange issue I have a new membership site that has been just set up and as I was testing the Rest password function I found out something disturbing… On my Mac using Safari when I click on the link inside the email the link opens up the rest password page and everything works fine. BUT when I try to rest it on a PC it will not work. not in chrome, firefox or internet explorer? when i click on the “Click her to reset your password” it give you the screen that tells you to insert your email address for the email…

This was an old site that we converted to WP. We pulled the database from the old site so we need those users to create passwords with this function not working at 100% we can’t move on with this project…

Chaning URL path for lost password reset page

I’d like to know if it is possible to change the URL link to the reset password page to another template that I’ve created.

In login-with-ajax.php, I found this particular line:

self::$url_remember = self::template_link(site_url('wp-login.php?action=lostpassword', 'login_post'));

I copied the template file into my child theme and changed the site URL, but it didn’t work. I don’t want to change the plugin core files either, so I’d like to know if there were other alternatives.

Is there a way to remove generated password from the field when forgot password comes up – my clients don’t know enough to delete it?

how can I extend the time someone has to reset their password – it expires fast.

Hi,
I cannot seem to get a password reset email when I hit Lost Password. I have waited for DAYS on this and checked my spam folder too. When I go to log in it says password incorrect but I KNOW Im typing it in right. Any help is greatly appreciated! The domain is www.cheapwordpresssites.com

I have forgotten my password about a week ago and had selected “Forgot my password” to update it. I received the reset email however, when I open the email this is all I see.

I’ve requested to change my password multiple times to see if maybe it was just the one email but every time it sends me this. I need to get into my website asap as school is almost out and all of my needed information needs to be updated or I will receive a horrible grade. Please help, thanks.

I have been asked to update a www.remarpro.com site, however, the owner doesn’t remember his username or password. I have looked all over WordPress and can’t seem to find how he can have them reset. How can he do this easily?
