I seem to have to change my password every time I want to access the dashboard. Since my email change on the account, it isn’t changed on the signing box for some reason.

Please assist,
Im demo-ing my site but after I register dummy users and logout then try to login in again, I get a password is incorrect error. When I check the user info on the backend the password data shows as empty. I did a conflict test to check and nothing changed with all plugins off besides ultimate member. Used the theme twenty- fifteen to make sure it wasnt theme issues.

My host has suspended my site because of spam comments so I need to get into my site so I can clean it up but when I try wordpress says my email address isn’t registered even though it clearly is as I keep getting emails saying my site has been upgraded. My username is recognised but when I use it to reset my password I get no reset email. I had to create a new account to post here as there is no other way to contact www.remarpro.com.

If I can’t get into my site I am going to have to create a new one and removed my wordpress site, and as I’ve spent years building and maintaining my site I won’t be using wordpress again!

I have over 5000 users and I receive password changed notifications from over 100 users per day. When I asked, they said “they can’t login without resetting the password every time they need to log in – no matter from which browser or computer they use.”

Can you please help me figuring this problem? I have tried downloading new WordPress sites and copying the wp-login.php file to my site and that didn’t help.

Since our site was updated to 4.7.3 our users that have try to reset their password get stuck in a infinite loop of type in your email or username. The system emails them an email with a link like: https://www.sitename.com/password-reset/?submitted=yes&loginName=username&key=evetRtc49r that lands back on to the reset page with the [wppb-recover-password] short code only to have it ask this once again.

Please enter your username or email address.
You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

Anyone else having this issue, I am really regretting ever going with WordPress as it is the worst system out there. I have disabled all plugins except my theme “Avada” (It would be a major headache to disable) it and nothing works.

After attempting to access the dashboard of a client’s site, I have learned that my password isn’t working. I have moved forward with resetting the password by using the “forgot password” link. After resetting the password, I still haven’t been able to get in.

My last attempt to resolve the issue included me resetting the password by visiting MYPHP and change the password manually, but that didn’t work as well.

Can anyone help me to understand what is going on and how to resolve this problem? The site has been updated to WP v 4.6.1. I am hosting on GOD AWFUL GoDaddy’s WP hosting plan.

I’ve tried this on a fresh WP 4.5.2 install with UM 1.3.54 installed, using 2015 theme with no template overrides.

On the account page if you change the password, the new password does not get inserted into the database. The old one continues to work.

Intermittent user passwords not recognised & 502 Bad Gateway Errors

Hello, I am having a problem with my site running s2member version 150225. I am using PayPal as my payment gateway.

A couple of symptoms which I believe may be related, important to say however they are both intermittent and I have not yet been able to recreate them. However I am getting plenty of users reporting seeing the issues which are:

-When a user upgrades from a Level 0 to Level 1 and leaves the site to make the payment via paypal upon return they are asked to log back in – at this point there valid password doesn’t work. They can request resets but the new password also seems to fail. If however an Admin manually resets the password will then work.

-Following an upgrade the site will report a 502 Bad Gateway error at the return from PayPal – sometimes this is after a login attempt as above – or it can be immediately

I am struggling to find a solution to theses issues which are damaging our reputation, so any advice is appreciated.

Hello —

I have completed my registration on www.remarpro.com, received my confirmation email with a temporary password, logged back in to www.remarpro.com and updated the password. I am able to get into www.remarpro.com that way, but my user name, password, and email will not work when trying to log into my websitename/wp-admin. Do I need to do something different to get into my wp-admin area? I am not able to reset my password through the prompt on the wp-admin screen, as it does not recognize my password either.

Good Morning,

My webmaster – Beast Graphics, is no longer able to assume his role due to other commitments. He terminated his working relationship with me and I know nothing about WordPress and cannot get in touch with him.

I forgot my password today and deleted all emails from him with my password. Can someone please tell me how I can sign into my website, in my role as the administrator and webmaster of the site. The page which allows users to sign in and receive a new password is not working and/or does not forward a new password to me.

I desperately need to get into my website at www.allparentsondeck.com and make changes to the Home Page.

My second problem is that the Flash File that contained the photos of parents and students is disabled and does not work. This problem is secondary to signing in and recovering my password. Your assistance with this problem is greatly appreciated.
