I hope that you are ok.
I need help. I create a Pod using Pods Administrator. In the POD i create parents and childs options.
When I am creating a post, the back end interface show me the elments of the post at the same level, how i can to fix it. I want that the interface show me the parents and the childs not the childs like a parent.
If you go to this link https://fundacionmarviva-my.sharepoint.com/personal/oscar_madrigal_marviva_net/_layouts/15/onedrive.aspx?id=%2Fpersonal%2Foscar%5Fmadrigal%5Fmarviva%5Fnet%2FDocuments%2Fwp&ga=1 you can to see that “Entrada 2” and “Entrada1” are childs of “Publicaciones Tecnicas y Divulgativas” but the WP interface show all them to the same level.
Help me please.

]]>Hi hope that you are Ok.
I created a POD of custom taxonomy.
With this POD i have this parent and child option (it is an example)
Parent 1
Child 1
Child 2
Child 3
Parent 2
Parent 3.
All is perfect in the POD Definition.
When I go to create the post, Word Press shows me the PODS like this
Parent 1
Child 1
Child 2
Child 3
Parent 2
Parent 3
And not in a format where i can to see parents and childs.
How I can to fix this situation?.

]]>So, I’m helping a fried create a student-parent website.
The general information is to be shown to both parts, but, using a different login, parents should be allowed to access content that their kids won’t.
For instance, parents should see payment information, as well as any teacher-parent communication, and their kids grades, while students should only see grades, and teacher-student communication, while payment information should be ommited.
I was looking for a plugin, but then I thought: “Why not using a general domain, and then two different sub-domains, one for parents, another for students”… that way, I believe that user logins are independent, and will not mix information, while using roles, may have some errors associated…
Am I thinking correctly, or is there any other way?
Can you help, please?
Thank you all…
If you look at the link above you’ll see that I’ve got some navigation at the bottom of the content on the page. A link to the previous episode, the episode list, and the next episode.
I’ve got hundreds, if not thousands, of pages that I want to add that too and doing it manually with a lot of copy/paste is getting a little ridiculous.
Does anyone know if there’s a better way to set this stuff up? Maybe a plugin? I don’t know much about WordPress. The way I have everything structured, it seems to me like there should be a way to do it all by parent directories.
Example being… if I’m on /parent/02-whatever… a “Previous” would direct to /parent/01-whatever and a “Next” to /parent/03-whatever. This would be unique to every parent and could be done with a block I imagine.
That seems to be the most simple way to do the job, but like I said I don’t know much about this, so maybe someone smarter than me can point me in the right direction.
Thanks very much.
]]>Having trouble finding a plugin that can solve my membership needs.
I have this volunteer club for kids where I need a membership or signup system that enables me to have the parents register with informations about herself or himself.
That includes informations that should not be shown on any public profile page – but only to administrator/staff members. (Like social security number)
At the same time, I need that parent to be able to signup one or more kids to the club. The kids account should be linked to the parents account so that we (staff) can see the association. (In case of emergencies)
And at the same time the parent should be able to signup for volunteer shifts at the club on specific dates with a maximum numbers of volunteers per shift.
Does anyone now of any plugin or combination of plugins that could cover my needs?
Thanks for helping.

I have created many groups which all have a parents as follow :
– grandparent
– – parent
– – – child1
– – – child2
When I add a user to child1, he only have access to child1-> perfect,
However when I add a user to parent I would like him to have access to all subgroups as he is kind of a manager.
Is there an option to add in the settings to allow that if I add a user into a parent group he has access to all child groups of the parent group or simply add him to all the child group even created after he was added to the parent group.
This functionality is the key functionality of this plugin.
For the rest, I have to admit, it works like a charm !
API would be greater with examples, but it’s already an amazing work @proaktion

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, as I’m looking to do anything fancy with this app. I’m using the newest version and I’m creating pages using the dashboard and the pages automatically appear as horizontally oriented text that are links located at the top of each of my pages. So they are basically menus. But I’m having trouble creating submenus under each of these links. This image explains what I’m looking for:

Is this possible to do with the way I have wordpress setup now? I have not modified the apps since I installed it. I am just creating pages with the dashboard in the simplest manner possible. thanks!
