After installing the Elementor 3.22.1, WordPress 6.5.4 and Elementor Header & Footer Builder Version 1.6.36 updates, the 2 templates for the header and footer of the site are no longer displayed.

Mobile View of Site not loading posts, loads half a page & with no image.

My client’s website I am working on has just started having trouble with mobile views. The desktop version works fine and the entire post (article) loads when clicked on. However, on mobile it does not. Instead the post (article) either does not load at all, or slowly loads no image, or a large black box extending the page margins where an image would usually be, and then the first two paragraphs or so.

This has happened once with the desktop, but resolved itself quick. It pretty much only happens on mobile and is very frequent.

Not sure exactly what went wrong, as it has only been happening for the last five days or so. Any help would be great!

Can’t load a page when QM is activated

Hi, when I activate query monitor on my wordpress site, all the pages still load and query monitor works, but on one page where I have many queries the page never loads, it just produces a blank white page – almost like query monitor is timing out. If I disable query monitor the page loads again. I’m trying to optimize the queries and see which one is causing it to be slow, but query monitor doesn’t work on it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Not all admin pages display

We installed the pluggin. on 1 computer (macbook air) and 2 separate iphones (greater than version 8) not all the pages display. for example, the page for classes will display correctly and then the page for students or the page for classes will not load – all we get is the loading image of the books sliding to the left. This loading just spins, page never loads. This is in a new instance with no other pluggins active and using the WP default theme.
we checked all versions (WP , PHP) and they are supported.

Would really like to use this plugin if we can get it to work.

Pages not loading unless I deactivate the Sociable plugin.

Since the end of August I found that my pages were not loading and traffic was falling off. I contacted Bluehost Support and they found that by deactivating the Sociable plugin, the pages would then load. I have since upgraded to the latest version of WordPress and the problem still persists. Also, when I check the Dashboard to see who’s been online, it is showing no daily visitors apart from one/two from China or Ukraine. However, when I check the cpanel in Bluehost, I am getting around 200 visitors per day, mainly from the USA, Canada, and Europe. Can anyone diagnose the problem?

Can’t Log In To WordPress At All, and All of Chrome stops working…

I’m trying to log into my wordpress dashboard to post on my website, but it just keeps refreshing me to the login screen. Even when I change the address to my website name with -wp-admin, it doesn’t get me to the dashboard. Also, whenever I try to do anything with my website, all I get are pages that don’t load, not just on my website, but on whatever tabs I have open on Chrome at the time. It’s getting very frustrating, having to constantly switch on wifi off and on when the modem says everything is running smoothly and my provider isn’t down. Help please!!!

I’m not very tech savvy, so please use layman’s terms. Thank you!

WooCommerce Checkout page and WooCommerce setting page not loading quickly

My woocommerce checkout page and woocommerce setting page are not loading at normal speed. They take around 5 mins to load and bring down the whole site. I tried disabling all the plugins and seems to the problem with woocommerce. I also tried reinstalling the woocommerce plugin in case there was anything wrong with the previous plugin.

2.3.1 URL’s Broken

I noticed that after upgrading to 2.3.1 my Code Embed URL’s no longer work, and I’m getting the following errors in my server logs:

I have a URL at the bottom of my home page that is no longer processing through code embed, even though I haven’t changed anything on the page. In fact I think the warnings are causing my homepage not to even load any more. I can get to sub pages, but only by manually navigating to them. I’m assuming that the two warnings are actually stopping it from running at all. the above URL is to the “NASA Astronomy Picture of the Day” which was loading fine before I updated Code Embed on Friday.

Now the text loads, but not the image. If I right click on it and tell it to load in a different tab, it loads the media immediately.

Pages not loading

I had my website working – until I deleted all of the sidebar things – widgets (comments, posts and other things…) that I did not need. (as suggested by someone here – and it worked!).

But now my website is not working.

The menu tabs used to go to the right pages – but now it stays on the one page.

I made sure they were all linked properly. They used to come up. But after deleting the widgets – only the main page comes up.

I have tried everything and am spending a ton of time – but nothing seems to work.

I even went in and created a new page (just to test it) – and now I have even more problems.

I just went to “Edit” a page – and hit “preview changes” – and it brought up my Main Page – not the page that I was editing.

Every page that I go to – when I bring up preview = brings up the main page – not the page I am on.

Any ideas on what is going on?

Also –
Published Date/Time not changing. When I make a change to a page – and publish it – the date/time published does not change.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Pages redirect to incorrect URL

Hello,

I am experiencing a problem with my wordpress website in that all pages redirect to an incorrect URL, so the pages don’t even load.

My website name is www.driphacks.com. If I try to navigate to any of the pages, the url that it goes to is: driphacksdriphacks.com. This is obviously incorrect and leads to a blank screen with a message saying “safari can’t find the server.”

So now I have a lot of customers who cannot purchase anything when they’re logged in. It is important to note that this problem only exists when you log in to a customer account or admin account. Therefore I’m guessing it maybe a plugin issue, I am currently using “Custom My Account for Woocommerce”. The reason I am posting here is that the support for plugins is almost non-existent in my experience and a pointless endeavour.

If anyone has experienced a similar issue I would really appreciate any input.
