If I navigate to a page and scroll down I get some things related to plugins.
There’s content here that came with the sample content that I do not know hpw to create or edit. It’s under a headline called “Page Sections”. I’m really confused, is this a core wordpress feature that I have not seen before? Where to I manage this content?
I have tried to get it to work, going into that option through the Customizer menu. I have tried with both “Pages” content type, as well as “Posts” content type, but it doesn’t do anything. I am really interested in this feature so just trying to see if other people had issues with it and any solutions that might have worked.
I’m still working on my website so I have a coming soon page on it at the moment, or I’d be sharing the link, though I’m not sure that would help for this question as much, that feature just doesn’t seem to work. I may end up just using this theme for now, and then find something else later. But I actually really like it.
Thanks so much!
p.s. – This is the basic free version of this theme, but my understanding is that all the features that show up currently in Customizer are the ones I have the option to use.
]]>For the content of our pages we only use page sections which is a feature of the Agile Theme. If we now want to do SEO work for our pages, then we have the problem that Yoast cannot find any content in our pages. And as I found out in another article, page sections are not supposed to be public by themselves. How can we solve this problem with using page section?
Greetings

]]>I have started a new ‘Page’ and them imported the .xml demo file which gave me about 10 pre-built ‘Page Sections’. How do I work with the page sections? It seems like I should somehow be able to pull in the pre-built ‘page sections’. I can’t figure out how to do this. I have been coping the code from a page section and pasting it into my ‘page’, but I am sure this is not correct. I also can’t figure out how the menu will work in the one pager. I tried creating page section i.d.’s as anchor links but the links still don’t find the ‘section’ on the page. Am I missing something here? Any help is so appreciated!
thanks!
Kristi
I thought I read somewhere that could be changed via content aware, but I cannot find it.
Thanks
]]>I am using the optimizer theme to create a website. I have the layout set to “full-width layout.” In addition, I am using Magee Shortcodes to create content sections on pages.
I added the following CSS to increase the width of the sections (which were not full-width, even though I have it set to the full width layout):
*/
.lay4 {
width: 100%;
float: left;
padding: 0;
}
body {
background: #ffffff;
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
font-size: 16px;
color: #000000;
}
.center {
width: 100%;
margin: 0;
}
img {
max-width: 100%;
}
The width of the sections increased, but they are still not full width. There is now a small margin between the backgrounds of the sections and the page background.

In addition, if anyone can recommend some better plugins for testimonials (one that looks really sharp), that would be great!
Thank you!
