I’m using WPBakery on my site.

When I activate the option: Required MetaProducts, the page keeps showing public but adds the restriction at the end.

It is like it skips all the shortcodes related to WPBakery.

Any suggestions?

Hello. I am using a membership plugin and with this plugin members can earn points. For example, writing a comment gives a point to member.
My target is restrictions by member points on some pages. I will create a page and only members which have 500 points can access that page. It this possible?

SFP Will Not Display

Hi, I installed your plugin on a new site being developed with the WP 2016 theme and I cannot get it to display in the sidebar under “Simple Facebook Page”. I have tried Chrome & Firefox. Also, tried viewing on MS Edge & my iPhone which have no extensions or ad-blockers and I cannot see it. I verified it is the correct FB URL & I even tried disabling Kaspersky and the problem continues. Any ideas what I am missing?

I have installed and configured the plugin, but the page restrictions are not being enforced. I am building a wholesale shopping cart site and the general population should mot be allowed to see the pricing. I want to restrict the Shop page and the individual products, but it allows anyone, logged in or not, to see the page. Any help would be appreciated.

S2Member Page Restrictions

Hi,

I’m fairly new to using S2Member and I have been having trouble understanding the video tutorials and forums on restricting pages for certain members. I don’t think that the videos are explaining it in a way I can understand. Does someone mind helping me out?

The website I am working on is www.centralcarolinarealtors.com. Under the D.R. tab, all of those pages are supposed to be private.

My goal is to try and set at least 5-6 different pages for registered members to access. I have tried setting the membership levels in the S2Member meta box, logging out and seeing if it works, but I’m still able to see all of the content.

I’m not sure if I am required to set custom capabilities, embed shortcodes onto every page that I want private or if I’m just doing everything wrong altogether.

Does someone out there know how to help me?

Page and post restrictions wiped out in update to v140328

I just update s2Member (Pro) to v140328, and when the update finished — with no problems other than that I needed to re-enter my username and password for the automatic update of Pro — all but three of the page/post/category restrictions that I had defined for the site were wiped out. And the ones that remained were restricting only to Level0. (I have 25 levels on my site, three of which I use in normal operation.)

Fortunately, this happened to me once before (it’s an intermittent problem) a year or so ago, so I knew to copy/paste all of the post/page/category restrictions to somewhere they could be copied/pasted back into s2Member just in case it happened. Which it did.

This is a “Yikes!” type of bug.

S2member page level restricted pages not counted in stats

We have 3 pages with page level restrictions. When viewers click on them to view they are re-directed to a member options page if they are not subscribers. That works OK. But these 3 pages never appear in JetPack site stats. Instead the membership options page is counted, even when a subscriber gets access to one of the pages.

Hello – I’m looking for a plugin to use on a real estate office site. I need to set up individual realtor pages within the site and would like to have the individual realtor only have access to their individual pages for editing. If possible, I’d like for every Realtor to have their own admin/password. Is this possible? If so, how?

This question comes in two parts (in two separate posts). Here’s the first part:

How can I create classes of users and respective pages?

Let’s say everyone who signs up starts in class A and can see all pages of class A.

Some users may sign up to be part of class B. I then change their status from A to B, and they can then see all pages class A or B.

We continue this process.

I’d like to define user types/classes: A, B, C, …

And I’d like to make some pages available to A and above …, some only available to B and above …, etc.

Can anyone offer some guidance for that?
