Hi,

I am unable to access my site. I’m not a web designer by any means so leery of working with the back end Php, FTP etc, but I can’t even get into the admin screens to update anything anyhow. Every time I try to get to the website it’s just a screen that says page isn’t working. Http error 500 (got lost in the rabbit hole with this and all the forums on people’s sites not working).

The site was built with Word Press and is hosted on Blue Host, they (Blue Host) have told me to contact Word Press. I went to Word Press and of course was told they couldn’t do anything as it is a domain hosted privately. I’m completely lost trying to figure out how to regain access and bring my sites back up. I actually have/had 3 websites that had been working and recently (as in last 6+ months) found out they were not. I honestly do not know when the last time they were functioning correctly. My main concern is the site mentioned above. The other two I can live without for now.

I hope someone can help guide me into recovering my site.

WordPress-page disappeared

In a WP multisite one wp-page has disappeared in one of the subdomain sites. I visited the page in the end of april without any problem. Today I can′t find the page in admin. I have no idea why the page is missing. Since I saw the page last time WordPress has been updated. Can this be the reason why the page has disappeared? What else could it be due to?

Unable to change pages on listing page

Hello, I hope you’re doing well.

I am unable to change pages on the listing page. I am stuck on the first page and once I click the next page, it goes back to the first page. I’m sure this isn’t a very big issue. I like the plugin very much and I don’t want such a small issue to be the issue.

Any help to fix this would be appreciated.

I installed Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Pro yesterday and it worked perfectly but on checking the page this morning, I noticed it was all broken up and I can’t seem to fix it.

I started my computer today and i wanted to do something on my website.
And now i get this, i havent changed a thing in a while just the regulair update’s and such.
i am wondering if someone can help me with this, would be appriciated.
the rest of the site works, just some pages display this.
if i use firefox or chrome doenst make a difference.

Cannot Save or Publish WordPress Posts

I have been using WordPress for 6 years and I have never experienced this problem before. It has started happening in the past few weeks and I have no idea why.

I have been working on the same post repeatedly and while editing I have noticed that the save and publish buttons will often grey out. The only way to get them back is to reload the page and lose all amendments. Also, sometimes when I hit save I get an error message come up which states: This page isn’t working – ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE.

Sometimes if I leave the page open for a few hours the buttons will light up again, but in general once they grey out they are gone for good.

I have not installed any plugins or made any changes to the site prior to this problem. Does anyone have any ideas?

Any page with color selector only allowing me to select color, cannot click

Every single page that contains a color selector (Theme Settings, Events, etc…) has stopped working. Everywhere I click, the color selector comes up. This is both keeping me from fixing the current colors on our site and from adding event categories and menu items.

500 Error on WooCommerce Settings!

Since updating to the new WooCommerce v.3.1.2, I have not been able to get into WooCommerce settings

It keeps giving me a 500 error
“This page isn’t working

Also my checkout and cart pages aren’t working anymore

Page Isn't Working

I am trying to make changes to a website. I am able to log in and look at the dashboard. When I go to save the changes I have made it tries to load for a couple of minutes then it gives me an error page that says “page isn’t working, didn’t send any data”. I am able to make changes from other computers in our office but not from my computer in my office? I have cleared all my history and cache and it still won’t work. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
