Using Page Breaks in Lessons

Good afternoon everyone,

I have run into an issue when trying to add page breaks, through Gutenberg, when setting up my lessons. Some of the lessons I will be offering are pretty long, so I wanted to add page breaks at certain points to make it easier for student. Everything seems to work fine until I go to the site, select the course and lesson. Lesson comes up, but the page breaks are not working. It shows me the first part of the lesson, down to where the page break would be, and then nothing. IT does work if I preview it in Draft, but no Published.

Any idea’s of what I can do to make the page breaks work? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I’m trying to use your plugin to generate pdf from my complex html site preserving its layout. Generally it does good job with one exception, page breaks. Is there any way to force page breaks on the certain points of my site?
I also noticed that some elements are splitted into two pages, which is not expected behavior. Is there an option to avoid that?

Using selected radio fields to navigate to the next page

Hi I have a multi-page form which uses radio type fields for each question. I have used your standard “page breaks” as well as your standard “next” and “previous” buttons inorder to navigate between each page. However I want to also be able to let the user move to the next page as soon as they have clicked on a radio button. How can I do this?

So basically I want the active/selected radio button to trigger an event that will take the user to the next page?

FontAwesome Icons not displaying & page-breaks added to my job listing page

Hello, my FontAwesome Icons are not displaying & page-breaks have been added to my job listing page since the latest Simple Job Boards plugin update. I notice in another thread that the font folder and a css folder has been moved to the includes folder but I’m not sure if this is the problem. The main problem is that my paragraphs and lists now have page breaks
added to the html and the FontAwesome icons at the front of the list items aren’t displaying. Before the recent updates the FontAwesome Icons were displaying correctly and the paragrhaphs and list were much more compact. Any help in fixing this problem would be much appreciated. Thanks, James

This plugin is the only one I could find that supports page-breaks. It works simple and can be adjusted to my wishes. It just makes an index op the pages and can be inserted automatically or by a short code.
The only thing is, it is not updated in several years, but it still works fine and, I hope, it does for years to come.

Theme does not add “page break” nav links

The theme I have installed does not add navigation links (Pages 1 2 3) to the bottom of a blog post when page breaks are introduced in the article.

Interestingly, adding page breaks to pages (as opposed to blog posts) shows the navigation links as expected.

What code is missing in this theme that’s causing this? How can I add it?

I’m using the latest version of WP, and the Gutenberg editor.

We are using the “EditorsKit” Plugin on our homepage kevnana.de, but it seems since the last update 1.31.3 (or maybe a few before) we have the problem, that we cannot go into the editor if the post includes Page Breaks (so multiple pages in one post). It automatically shows an error with an error code like this:

And also, if we go into a new post (without page breaks yet), open on the left side the block menu and even only hover with the mouse over the “Page Break” Button, automatically the editor closes with similar error messages.

I think the button appeared for the first time, when also the black green “Library” Button appeared at the top of the editor.

We are using WordPress 5.8 in German. Even the editor crashes in the backend (which makes editing pages with Page Break blocks impossible), in the frontend everything looks fine.

Are there any bug fixes for this? Or is it possible to download the plugin in an older version (1.31.0? 1.30.0?)

Getting a decent PDF when printing

Hello everyone
I’ve exhausted my meagre bag of tricks within Print to PDF and Save as PDF, but no go so far. When I want to print to PDF, is there a way to stop the Timely calendar events splitting across page breaks, please? I’ve even tried converting PDF to Word with SmallPDF but nothing editable emerges, and the powers that be want the printout included in our newsetter … don’t ask
