Since Brexit, we have been asked by the courier companies (DPD, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail) to the add the following Customs Information to the invoices & packing slips we send to our e-commerce customers from within WooCommerce:
– HS (Harmonized System) codes, as maintained by the World Customs Organization.
– COO (Country of origin) values, i.e. the place of manufacture.
Can this information be added to WooCommerce invoice and packing slips using Booster?
We very much look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
]]>After updating my websites WooCommerce yesterday it looks like the WooCommerce Invoice and Packing slip plugin is not working. I am not seeing the settings for the plugin or the option to create a PDF Invoice or Packing slip on the orders page.
I have tried deactivating and re-activating the plugin and still no luck.
Is this something you are aware of and is in the process of being fixed?
Thanks,
Harvey
]]>Been a big fan of your plugin for years. Great job!
I’ve had a client ask a question. They want to have a custom order status of “In Picking” so they can see which orders are currently with the warehouse staff.
I can manage creating the custom order status. They want to flag orders that have had a packing slip PDF generated to have a status of “In Picking”. I’m aware this could be done with a bulk action but I was wondering if there was a way to bind the PDF packing slip button to trigger a status update.
Many thanks!
Joel
]]>Is there a work around? Or is there another compatible plugin that handle packing variation etc?
]]>I was looking to get a link to the packing slip (printable) on the Vendor Dashboard, or at least e-mail it instead of the invoice.
Is this possible?
]]>I am trying to get the Packing slip date on the Packing slip PDF.
It seems it is located under “wcpdf_packing_slip_date” but I get it.
Any ideas?
Thanks
