This outfit is among the worst of the worst. Their plugin is antiquated, full of bugs, and their support response to it all is to sell you something like an overpriced, buggier addon. Even after paying for one of their products, they will tell you that you have to buy a “lifetime” or “annual” service plan. When you ask for support they respond with an upsell to buy an addon. They should not even be allowed to use the name “wordpress”. Stay away from this company and their products. Very shady and unprofessional. One star is too many!

$80/Year to send emails from MY account…

I have used this plugin in the past without issue. Now trying to setup smtp with zoho, Mail SMTP want’s $80/year… That’s way too much to be able to send emails from my own email account… Also installed plugins I didn’t ask for or want, that’s called malware . GG

This is a $49/year plugin that wants $279/yr for a full version to print UPC labels. That’s nuts. A more reasonable price plan would get you more than the current 1,000 active installs.

Like the others (I won’t mntion names) it’s all about the moola not the community that used to be WordPress. Make money I get it truly I do but just offering “suggestions” in the free version which don’t even suggest dynamic related content? Come on now. I am not a review writer usually but I’m just tired of all the greed. WP.org needs to remove everyone who asks over $10 for a “pro version”. It should not be a free marketplace to advertise bait and switch programs by “developers”

Sorry guys I honestly would have given you a better review but after seeing you pro pricing I had to be honest.

Do not waste you time with the free version it does NO auto linking only suggests. Perhaps the “pro version” is excellent at what it does but at $77 I will never know.

Vendor Dashboard Breaks

I am unfortunately stuck with this program now because (against my better judgement) I chose not to get a refund when I first realized I might need one. The Vendor Dashboard breaks literally all of the time. You can use the dokan shortcode all day long but when you log in randomly, it will appear totally different and will be nonfunctional. I have reported this issue and have not gotten any help. I cannot even use my dashboard or promote my site until this is fixed and I am terribly sorry I went with this company. I do not know if there is a plug in issue but either way, I have basic plugins aside from Dokan, which tells me this does not play nice with other plugins. The price I paid for this sorry system makes my stomach sick. Not to mention the time I have taken to troubleshoot this myself.

Also, the documentation on how to set up this system is terrible. It does not tell you in detail what to do at all. Go WITH ANOTHER SYSTEM!!!!

The prize of addons and themes are crazy overprized. Also found several bugs when testing this plugin.
It needs 3-4 more years of development and lots more features, before you can call this a good directory plugin and it is worth the prize.

Installed it and then learned that most anything needed was locked behind a VERY TALL paywall making the free version pretty much nothing more than just another form builder.

Another WP developer tripping over nickels to pick up a dime.

Uninstalled.

After spending hours configuring, linking and integrating, I get the command (new ticket, show tickets) options inserted into BP user page but when they’re clicked, nothing happens. Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zero.

No installation support. No way to contact support.

Uninstall is an easter-egg hunt, like a lot of features. You have to look at the FAQ on the plugin page to see that you have to check on box at the end of a page in one of the tabs on the advanced settings. You can proc a pop-up that says cleaning, but you can’t proc on that event to tell the user to how to delete data or, optimally, query and then take the action at run time?

That and, omg, $200/year for support/features. Wow.

For the first time, I wish you could thumb-down or vote to ban a plugin to get the attention of WP admins. 44% of all reviews in the past year are 1-star. No updates or fixes in over three months. Why doesn’t WP.ORG see this?!?

tl;dr: Horrible time-consuming mistake of epic proportions

Pro Version Over-Priced

I would like to purchase the pro version – but the pricing is that of a complete custom theme !

I can do everything the pro version does with elementor add-ons.

But cut the price in half – where it should be – and I would sign up for the pro version in a heart beat.

It’s a great plugin in its self. But, the extensions are ridiculously overpriced and more or less requires that you are already making a huge profit from your store. Otherwise it’s just not worth it.
