Other Amount CSS Max-Width

Hi, you’re plugin I think could work perfect but is it possible to increase the size of the other amount field box? Max-width needs to either be increased from 80px to 180px, or if I turn off max-width in google devtools the box is better size. I’m sure it’s an issue with my theme but I’m able to control the padding when a digit is entered it seems I should be able to control the size of box? I’ve spent a few hours trying what I could so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again! Best, DG

Translate “Other Amount” in my default language – WPML

Hi, it’s me again !

My default shop is in french, and I want to translate the default text “Other Amount” to french (= Autre montant). If I use Loco Translate to translate it, it looks like to broke the “if” condition and the “other amount” option not working (greyed out) on my french version of product gift card.

I don’t know if I’m clear enough.

Hi !

I have a problem with PW Gift Card and WPML.

Since I have translated my Gift Card to English (my default language was French), my french version of Gift Card doesn’t work with “Other Amount” but it is working perfectly on the translated (english) version. My “Other Amount” in my default language is greyed out and cannot be clickable.

When using “other amount” is there a way to hide the min and max range?

Hi there, I’ve chosen to allow people to create a gift card anywhere from $5 – $500 on my site but I don’t want it to display that range when they’re on the gift card page. Is there a way to hide the price range?

Hi David, I’ve installed your plugin here and everything works perfectly https://comkedem.org/fer-un-donatiu but I want to know how to set up the Other amount field, so users can write the amount they want to donate.

I’ve tried to make a donation and I can’t write the amount anywhere. And when I’m redirected to PayPal I can only donate 1€.

Could you please help me?

"other amount" field becomes disabled on-click

After checking the box for “Show Other Amount,” (in config) the input box in the payment form is grayed out. Can’t input anything. For some reason, two up and down arrows show inside the box instead.

After updating the plugin we no longer have the option to select other amount and put in the amount we want to give on our desktop version. The mobile version is working fine which is weird. It automatically generates a $1.00 as the amount in PayPal once we hit the donate button and it cannot be changed

I’m using the pro version of this plugin. I’m very happy with how it works with Contact Form 7. Just one small thing that I noticed. I am using this for inside my tag:

“$10.00|10.00” “$15.00|15.00” “$20.00|20.00” “$25.00|25.00” “$50.00|50.00” “Other|0”

It works as it should in Paypal. But when I receive the email, if I select “Other” and put in my amount in Paypal, it doesn’t email that amount. It shows up as just “0”. All the other amounts show up perfectly. Did I miss a setting somewhere, or is it a bug?

How do I have an Other box, where they can type in a custom amount- for donations- that has no arrows, just like in your screenshot?

The one I have now does allow typing into the box, which I want. However, it also has arrows, so people do not realize it’s a box to type in. I just want the box for them to enter the amount of their choice, without the arrows, again, just like in your screenshot. How can I do that?
