Plugin Breaks Theme

I purchased this plugin and when I activate it my main menu stops working correctly. The sub menu does not load with the plugin activated. As soon as I deactivate the plugin it works again correctly.

As well as this any existing pages I have created using Tatsu with images displayed in a multi column row stop displaying. Once I deactivate the plugin it works fine.

As I had no way of testing this without buying the plugin it is disapointing. Is there a fix for this? I am using the Oshine theme and tatsu editor. However for some pages I am using the Gutenburg editor.

Hi,
My WP Oshine theme, Tatsu made, single-page site main menu only works when logged in. The menu uses # anchors, and the ID is defined in section on the page made through Tatsu. When logged in, it jumps to the correct section, when not it does nothing.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of what may be breaking it, pls? I’ve turned off plug ins (all), I’ve turned off elements in Tatsu, … but nothing seems to work?!

Oshine theme: logo problem

The logo at top left of page stretches out and slightly blurs. If I create the logo in actual size, it shows up too small on website; but if I create it very small, then it stretches to size I want it, but then stretches the image and blurs it. How can I fix this. One comment elsewhere said to make it a vector image, but the Oshine theme doesn’t allow vector images to upload.

Portfolio module not showing project images

Hello,

I created my design website on WordPress, using a template from theme forest called “Oshin”. I already used this template for my previous website and everything was working well. Unfortunately this time I have an issue with the homepage: the portfolio module is not showing the project images/previews.

I did some researches on some previous topics and tried different things: deactivate my plugins one by one to see if some could be in conflict. Tried different kind of images for the preview images. Checked my permalink… Nothing seems to work. If someone could have a hint on how I could make the portfolio work on my homepage that would be very helpful!

Post Ratings plugin on a cloned page with Oshine Child theme

Hi,
I am using the Oshine Child theme and I edit with Tatsu editor.

I created a page https://relevance.asia/insights-nowisthetime/ and added the shortcode [ratings] and it worked fine.
But then, I cloned the page into another page https://relevance.asia/insights-5signs/ and the ratings remained the same as the earlier page.

I deleted the shortcode and rewrote it, but it keeps picking up the earlier page’s ratings.
Can you please instruct me how to make these ratings stand for individual pages and not the same ratings for all pages?

How insert in Oshine theme with Tatsu page builder

hi, I can’t see the icons in my Oshine theme.
I tried to insert the code in two ways:
1 – using a specific shortcode module found in tatsu page builder
2 – directly on a new empty page by entering the code with the blocks
Unfortunately in any case the result is a circle without content …
The conflict test says there are no problems.

I’m running the newest version of WordPress and Oshine theme, but I have a problem that hasn’t been solved, although I have tried every trick that I know. If you are able to help me, I’m forever grateful.

So when I create a product and make it a “single subscription product” the add to cart button changes to be only a small orange bar.
I would like it to look like this https://imgur.com/a/R2aYR – that currently only works when product is “simple product” with no subscription.

Please help Impossible to Add photo in portfolio

Hello everyone
I have my website running for at least 5 months know and everything worked perfectly until Tuesday.
When I create a new portolio everything works just fine, sections, texts, details etc…..
But when I click on the button “+ add media” a window open with all my photos, then I can upload and select the photos I want in my portfolio.
Once the selection is done I clic on the button “select” down right of the window and the window closed but the photos I selected isn’t showing and nothing happen !!
So impossible to add photos in my portolio why?
What can I do please ?
I am a photographers and the theme of the website is Oshine from theme forest

Unable to view galleries or sub menus

Now I cannot select or view sub menus on computer or iphone and none of my image gallerys are showing.

WP Meetup Breaks my Site Layout

Hello!

I like your plugin a lot it’s the most complete in my opinion. I really want to use it but whenever I activate i, it breaks the columns of my site layout. The last column in a row always falls down to the next line. Take note that I am viewing it on a maximized view. My theme is Oshine if you need to know.

I would really appreciate help here. Thanks!
