So, I had an order come through and the payment was made via PayPal but it didn’t appear in the WooCommerce orders tab.
I de-activated and disconnected PayPal, refreshed API creds and then set everything up again. This seems to have solved the connection issue and has generated an order in the WC orders tab, but, I still can’t find the missing order from earlier.
It shows in Paypal and I have used the “/wp-admin/post.php?post=0000&action=edit” link but it doesn’t come up with anything.
The PayPal order doesn’t show a full breakdown of the items ordered so I have no way of telling completely what the customer has ordered. Is it possible to recover this order on the WC end?
Thanks.
]]>We had a couple of customers chase their orders today. They both ordered and paid via Sagepay and received an order confirmation for their products. However, 3 things:
1. The order did not show up in woocommerce dashboard
2. The order confirmation has allocated an old, already used order number which is completely unrelated, though the order details (product and quantity) are correct
3. No VAT was charged on their transaction.
We get about 25 orders a day so it is strange that something odd has happened to these two orders. We have had this before but put it down to a one of but clearly it is happening again.
Could anyone help please?
Thanks

]]>It wasn’t accepting orders from people apart from me until I unchecked ‘block duplicate orders’ in my PayPal settings. Now it is accepting orders but as I say they don’t show under ‘orders’ and are given an old order number. I have tried installing the plugin WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers but they hasn’t solved the problem.
I am using WooCommerce 2.2.8.
Many thanks
