Problem syncing legacy orders to High Performance Order Storage

Hello,

Does anyone know a way to manually sync Woocommerce orders from legacy wordpress to High Performance order storage? I have tried many different things including disabling all plugins, rolling back Php version, and more. I’ve of course tried to enable compatibility mode among other things. No matter what I do, the orders won’t sync. Is there a way I can manually do this in Php admin, or is there another thing people have tried to get orders to sync?

I tried this plugin once. but since just the stock is synced but no orders are created it is not very helpful and bad for accountancy. I use the Bjorntech plugin a long time now and am very happy with that.

I have an online store running in WordPress/Woocommerce platform at pharmacycrack.com I recently re-connected my Woocommerce online store to my Facebook shop using Facebook for Woocommerce plugin. The connection was successful. I was able to transfer my products/items to my facebook shop catalog. However, every time a facebook customer checkout on my Facebook shop, the completed checkout/order process doesn’t sync to the Woocommerce>order section of my external online store.

Because of this, I’m unable to complete the fulfillment process. I don’t experience this issue when buyers directly checkout on my website. I can see the orders on Facebook E-commerce manage but can not complete them because they are managed my WooCommerce plugin on my website.

Hey there,

I just installed the plugin and synced my WC clients and orders for the very first time (no products).

Turns out that in case of syncing orders to engagebay the first part of the email address (before the @), repectively the nickname is written into the name field, leaving last name empty.

As I do have a billing address with name and last name – is there an option to alter the mapping / change fields so that in case of orders the name and last name will be taken from the billing address?

Orders in Dashboard not Syncing

I have done some test orders on my Woocommerce and I set up the Order notification in Mailchimp. But whenever I do the test orders, the orders are not showing up in the dashboard after a sync. Is it because it’s a test order? I’m not sure what to do. I’ve tried deleting the plug in and reinstalling it. But I’m not sure what else to try!

Hello,

I have problem with the Live shipping rates and Printful order update in my shop.
(New added products with Zakeke is working, the products appear in WooCommerce and in Printful too.)

I have installed WordPress 5.2.1, WooCommerce 3.6.4, Zakeke 1.5.9 and Prinful 2.1.3

1. Printul shipping methods do not appear, do not overwrite the default WooCommerce shipping methods.

2. New orders do not appear in printul (only in WooCommerce and in Zakeke admin).
