I have a problem with my client’s website. Since about February 10th, payments going through do not update orders’ statuses to “Processing”. instead, after a while, they get the “Canceled” status.
I tested with a standard theme and disabling all other plugins, without success. The payment providers says everything is ok on their side (payment goes through and IPN is received) and my hosting provider did not find any solution either.
I hope you can help me solve this mystery !
]]>I am using the Capability plugin on the site to manage roles and access. There are many roles on my site, including admin, sales, and warehouse.
On the order details page, when any role tries to change the order status, the order is not updated without any error message. For example, if it changes from “Pending” to any other status, such as “On Hold,” no update occurs. This issue is not limited to updating the order status; it also affects updating billing or shipping information.
Sometimes, after clicking the update button on the account details page, we are redirected to that page. This issue is not related to access, as even admin access cannot resolve it.
An important point about this issue is that it resolves itself after a few hours, even without any changes made to the WooCommerce settings.
I thought about disabling the “High Performance” option—an image of the settings for this section is attached.
Please note that this problem only occurs on the order details page, while updating the status through bulk actions on the all orders page works fine.
Please keep in mind that this issue arises temporarily and then resolves after a few hours. Is there something happening in the background that causes this issue?
“Is it possible that this issue arises when the following two jobs start running?
“Another interesting point is that after disabling the high performance option, I, as the admin, could not make any updates on the order details page, but my colleague, who is also an admin, was able to change the status on the account details page.”

]]>First of all, thank you very much for developing the ‘Donation Platform’ plugin for WordPress. I am using this plugin solely for the ‘Donation Progress Bar’ feature. However, I need some help with a small issue.
As far as I understand, there are two values required for the ‘Donation Progress Bar’ to function:
· The current goal: For example, 1000 USD
· The total amount of incoming orders
These two values are calculated together. So far, everything is fine.
However, what I would like to achieve is for orders with the status ‘Processing’ to be considered as ‘Completed’ for the ‘Donation Progress Bar’. As I understand it, an order must be marked as ‘Completed’ to be included in the ‘Donation Progress Bar’.
Is this possible?

We would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible. Please let us know if you need any additional details or access to our system.
]]>If Restored, they appear again.
?If Trashed and permanently deleted, the orders forever disappear from the order list page. With no way to bring back, unless manually go into the database and add a new order status to that order.
Proper QUICK FIX SIMPLE functionality should disable and block the ability to trash an order status that is currently in use or assigned to an order.
ADVANCED functionality should ask user what order status to switch orders to that have the trashed status assigned.
