So I have had this problem for several days. I don’t receive an email notification in some email addresses when a new order is placed or canceled. I have configured the emails properly, also there are no chances to have a block from the email itself, I have checked.
In one of the email addresses it’s just an email notification from one order, dating a few months earlier, but nothing else.
Any help how can I fix this issue?
]]>our shop accept two types of payment, a realtime one (credit card) and a delayed one (bank transfer), hence the order are created with the following statuses – at the moment we are not interested in using Mailchimp for cancelled and refunded orders:
– On hold (for orders using bank transfer)
– Processing (for orders using credit card)
– Completed (for shipped orders, it includes tracking information)
Using the internal email tool of Woocommerce for email notification, we have 3 emails template: one for each status (so we can send to the On hold orders, instruction on how to transfer money), every status change will trigger the email generation. We usually use a two step workflow, passing to Completed only.
it looks like i can’t replicate this workflow using the Mailchimp order notification; this is mostly due to the fact that the On hold status is not kept in consideration, orders created on hold are not passed to Mailchimp, also if it even is passed to Mailchimp, there is not a specific template/email for this status (where we can add the payment instruction).
I understand that Mailchimp functionalities should be as wide as possible and not Woocmommerce specific, but a bit more templates (and a way to “connect” them to the status) could be useful
At the moment the only workaround is a mixed solution, sending email from Woocommerce for “On hold”, from Mailchimp for “Processing” and from Woocommerce for “Completed” (since from what i read the tracking data are not yet fully integrated but you are working on it)
Are there other solutions? so that when the tracking data will be implemented i could use all the Mailchimp notification features
Another problem is that the content of the email is always in english (the order and total part), even if the user have the language correctly set
]]>This is a 100% free plugin and provides great functionality to end-user.
I have used this for more than 3 weeks and the best functionality of this plugin is its ability to send an order notification everytime an order is received.
]]>Is this normal behaviour? How can I stop the fields from being pulled into the email?
I’m on WordPress 5.8. WooCommerce 5.2.2. I also use Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer, could that be part of the issue?
]]>I created a woocommerce shop using multi currency by product category.
Let me explain the structure of shop;
Main currency is Euro(€) in settings.
Customers are buying with € in books category and buying with $ in e-books category.
I did this structure with snippet in f?unctions.php.
But, customer’s order emails still showing the main currency.
How can I change the currency by product category in order emails ?
Best Regards
]]>I still did not received any MailChimp Order Notification Email that I have designed when I tried to do a test order.
Please help me solve this issue. I tried to look at the setting and I think nothing is wrong with my integration between WooCommerce and MailChimp. Why I did not receive any Order Notification Email? Not even an email for Order Received.
