]]>Whenever I change the order status the log appears for the event as well as it shows that email was sent. However, when the order note is added no such events are getting recorded. WordPress automatically send an email once the customer note is added to the order but this event isn’t logged. How can I enable this logging?

I’d like to add the order note (or purchase note, the text customers can write into a textfield when checking out) to the invoice.
Is there a shortcode for that?

]]>I send an email to get direct help because I am using this in the Netherlands, but havent had anyone reply for over a week.
Our version of the plugin isnt printing the Track and Trace number in the (private) order note. And because of this the company that deals with our bol.com/amazon/zalando orders can’t find the T&T code unless I put it in manually.
The versions for other countries I can see that there is a option to turn this off or on, but not in our versions for Benelux?
Am I overlooking something, is the plugin faulty installed? Can we achieve this by running a snippet code, and if so… what would this code be?
PLease help because copy pasting is becoming stale really quick

]]>We send 2 emails after a order setup:
1.) The order confirmation to the customer with the order specs. (Tepmplte Customer On Hold order).
2.) A new order confirmation to our info mail box. (Template New order).
The customer can fill in the extra reference field in the order progress.
This info is also generated in the 2 mail templates we use.
Now we need an extra border round that Reference block in the Template Customer On Hold order that shows up as: Order note. This is somekind of warning block for the sales department with custom requierments of the customer. I’ve made this with css but that comes up on both templates.
So I need in first template a extra css class with a php echo I guess to give extra attention to this block.
