My name is Palak, and I am a WordPress developer at Wingstech Solutions. I am encountering a complex issue in the admin dashboard where some order lists are missing details for variable items, specifically SKU and variation ID. Additionally, certain custom metadata is not being recorded as expected.
Despite my efforts to replicate the issue, I have been unsuccessful. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in identifying the root cause and finding a solution.
Thank you for your help!
Best regards,
Palak

I read the plugin page. But it’s pretty vague, I can’t imagine what the plugin does exactly.
I also read the official website – https://krokedil.com/product/klarna-order-management/.
- Activate, cancel, update and refund your orders in Klarna directly from WooCommerce.
- You save time as you don’t have to work in two systems simultaneously.
That gives some more information.
I should transfer any information from the WooCommerce backend to Klarna.
What exactly is it about?
And do you really have to do it manually?
I’m wondering if/why I have to set/sync something manually in Klarna. If WooCommerce receives an order with a refund, this refund information can be automatically communicated to Klarna, I would expect.
Maybe you can help me understand in which cases I have to operate the plugin manually.
(We currently have a lot automated in the shop. We want to keep manual effort as low as possible. That’s why we ask before we install Klarna.)
Greetings
Robert
The instructions say that we should install the “Klarna Order Management” plugin during the configuration process.
Is the order management plugin absolutely necessary for Klarna Payments to work?
Greetings
Robert
We’re using the paid Moneris plugin (from Skyverge) on our main site annexpro.com, and do not have this issue – the order status goes to “Processing” once submitted.

I am looking for a plug or a function for WooCommerce that can use an old and paid order as a template – and clone it for a new order and then go to checkout.
I talk about the frontside for the customer to do – making it easier than to make a new order from scratch every time. Very nice feauture!
(I have seen it in some shops that I purchased from so it exists)
All the best!
Mike
