Whenever a potential customer tries to submit his details on any of my Getresponse optin cats that i have installed, it says couldn’t verify submission try reloading. And immediately i login to mybadmin account and edit the form or just review the cat, the submission error stops but after few hours, it starts again. Kindly help. I have contacted Getresponse but they said the issue is with WordPress

Optin Cat form does not work

I have Optin Cat plugin installed on my website. It used to work, but now it does not. The form a have created does not appears on any of my pages. I have it set to appear after 30% scroll down. But it doesn’t. The form is supposed to link to Getresponce.

I need help with this and I need detailed instructions as I am tech illiterate.

Resize input field

Hello, I try to change the height of the inputfields.
I use the following to resize the part with the icon in it, that works:

.fca_eoi_layout_name_field_wrapper {
height: 30px!important;
}

The following to resize the inner part, but it stays the same height, I can however increase the height, but not decrease it:

.fca_eoi_layout_email_field_inner {
height: 30px!important;
}

Same for the button, can increase it, but not decrease it.
Can someone help me out?

On the home page I’m get this error: “Optin Cat: Invalid Form ID”

Everything looks good on the opt in form except; “Client ID”. I clicked “Where can I find my Campaign Monitor Client ID” link but it was no help.

I’m using mailchimp and went through everything and have no idea what they are looking for?!?!

Can't add e-mail addresses to my list

I created an Optin Cat popup that offers optin bait. I can enter an e-mail address into the form, but I keep getting the following message:

Error: Can’t add user

A check of my Campaign Monitor database shows that the e-mail address isn’t being added.

But the reply message, which includes the optin bait link, is being sent.

I am using the Super Store theme by Woo Themes on Word Press… but I consistently get these two errors and they seem to pop up even though I have made these selections.

No “Thank you” page selected. You will not be able to use this form.
No List selected. You will not be able to use this form.

But I have selected the thank you page and I have selected my list with Getresponse?

Not sure what to do?

404 Error on Submit

Hi There,

My site at https://www.peckhamryemusicfestival.co.uk/ uses the free optin cat mailchimp plugin.

When submitting a the form in the footer the use is redirected to https://www.peckhamryemusicfestival.co.uk/# however oddly this shows as a 404 error.. The email address is not added to the mailchimp list.

Copying and pasting the address from the address bar into a new tab loads the site correctly.

Any help is much appreciated.
