Does it matter for SEO purposes if that URL is http vs https? I don’t see any mixed content errors, so it seems to me that it shouldn’t matter, but I figured I would see if anyone knew for certain one way or the other.
If it does matter, is there a way to change it on our end, or is it an issue that Yoast needs to take care of?
Thanks!

Any thoughts?
Using WordPress 5.5
Yoast SEO Plugin 14.8
First, I installed Yoast SEO to input the og tags and when I update the post the debug will recognize that the tag is there, but will throw this error:
Provided og:image URL, https://macflynn.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/dragondusk1.jpg encountered an unknown error.
When I Scrape Again (without updating the post at all), the following errors are thrown:
Curl error: 61 (BAD_CONTENT_ENCODING)
The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
The following required properties are missing: og:url, og:type, og:title, og:image, og:description, fb:app_id
Yoast informed me I don’t need the fb:app_id tag, but the others are there in the source code. What am I doing wrong and/or missing?
]]>Instead, I get this: “%%title%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%”
I have tried many things to change it, but I still don’t seem to be able to fix it.
Any help would be appreciated!
Colin

]]>We use Yoast SEO for our website, and Open Graph Meta Data is selected for Facebook.
Recently, when we share many of our links on Facebook, the wrong Featured Image comes up. I have tried using Debugger tools, switching to different OG plugins and more but nothing seems to work. All of our featured images are larger than 200×200.
It also seems that for posts with just the featured image, the website logo or a completely different photo will be shown, and for posts with more than one image, the largest image will be selected. There’s nothing wrong with the featured images because we also use Social Network Auto Poster with “Attach Big Image” or what ever it’s called and the featured image is posted as a photo with no hassle.
What can I possibly do to fix this issue? I would appreciate any support!
Thanks
]]>Object at URL ‘https://thenazarians.com/?p=2710’ of type ‘website’ is invalid because a required property ‘og:title’ of type ‘string’ was not provided.
I installed this plugin thinking it would fix it, even though I don’t need SEO since my blog isn’t even listed on Google.
Anyways, I did check “Add Open Graph Meta Data” and it still isn’t working. I keep getting the same damn error.
Is there anything else I need to do? Is the problem because the post was already published?
BTW, the site is https://thenazarians.com

The ‘ should instead be “. Facebook is not accepting it in this format.
Can someone please give me a simple (newbie) explanation of how I can fix this issue, please?
Thanks
