The Coming Soon Page is not working. I am just getting a page containing just text. I selected a custom page which is not working.

Why is this happening?

I have a site running on a LAMP server install of WordPress. I have a NAT created on our firewall from an outside IP address to the internal server. Unfortunately my page is not displaying correctly when I visit the site. I only get the text of the site, no images, no slider, no images, etc. Is there a special port WordPress needs open besides 80 and maybe 443?

This is actually more a question TO Facebook, but maybe people recognize my issue and know what to do about it.

When I make a link on my Facebook wall of a WordPress site I made, one only sees text not a preview of an image or logo as do links to pages/articles in general. How come and is there anything to do to make the link more visual .. ?

Hi,

i installed on my website the WP super cache.
Once i enabled the “caching on (recommended)” option in Easy, my webpage display no pictures. All text of my web site is displayed but for example, my menu is displayed as vertical text (menu item displayed once by once, each other under the previous one).

What did i do wrong ?
where is the problem ?

Hello,

Is it possible to see only the image on a desktop and on a smaller screen just the text?

I found the following code to hide the image:

@media (max-width: 600px) {
    #menu-ID img {
        display: none;
    }
}

On the desktop, the text is not visible, but with a smaller screen, there is now nothing visible.

Issue with Visual tab not displaying; Only HTML via Text tab

Greetings,
I’m the site admin for www.omicronxilambda.org using WP 3.9.2. I upgraded back in May 2014, but didn’t realize until now that when I try to edit the homepage, there is nothing visible when the Visual tab is selected. I can only see the HTML code via the Text tab.
I’ve been reading through the forums and there seem to be varies resolutions, so, out of respect, started my own thread to focus on trying to resolve this. I am going to be going through the media files and see if there’s anything over 5MB. But, how am I able to tell if there’s any errors being logged to see if that’s a start? Where to start? How to backup and such. Interested in any ideas and steps to perform. I’m somewhat of a novice but do have the expertise in getting around the databases and such. Just haven’t had much experience with backend WordPress.

Can't Print Out entire webpage, only text? Version 3.5.2, TwentyTen theme

NEW to WordPress & Version 3.5.2 & TwentyTen theme. My first website ever, “under construction”. The main content in the pages, including the text in the header area, and footer, and all social media icons, prints out just fine. BUT None of the uploaded photo and vector images, in the header area, print out. I’m using the TwentyTen theme. I Need to have ALL content Print Out just as seen on one’s computer screen. What Step/s do I need to follow to fix this? How do I get all images to Print Out, and not just the text? Please help, thanks!

Hi WordPress people,

I’ve installed succesfully MySQL and Apache to my MacBook Pro (I’d like to run WordPress first locally). But there’s obviously something wrong with the PHP settings (or something) because PHP code is shown only as text in web pages. It’s the same with wb-config.php and simple hello world stylish php files.

I edited the httpd.conf file – deleted the # in front of the line LoadModule php5_module libezec/apache2/libphp5.so. I copied php.ini.default file to php.ini file without making any changes.

Any ideas how to fix this?
