Wocommerce / Problem to access to purchased magazines

Hi people,

I am selling an online psychology magazine with three categories.

1 – Annual membership (full access to all publications)
2 – Individual magazine (one specific copy)
3 – Print version (if you live in Spain it can be shipped to your address)

Magazines are accessible online to registered and paying customers. After you log in into your account, you can read them the magazine which is a digital PDF (not a html version like an online newspaper).

The ISSUE
Lately, customers who have already purchased a magazine and previously were able to read it without problem now have a screen which says “You have to purchase the magazine in order to read it”. I have entered as admin and the magazines are linked right with the specific PDF file. Everything seemed to be in order. Could it be a file permission, old plugin, country restriction or database issue? I don’t know where to check.?

The website is hosted in Spain and the customers where I am having problems are outside Spain.

Any help or ideas?

Question about creating an online store for drop shipping

Me and my business partner are interested in having an online store for drop shipping and we are having trouble finding a hosting service that can provide us with website development that we need as well as good customer service.

Is there a way that we can just make our own without GoDaddy or HostGator who’s services are fine, but the customer service ‘people’ communication sucks!

We’ve been to Shopify, BIGCommerce, GoDaddy and HostGator and so far none of them have great customer service!

I’m wondering what our solution can be because neither of us knows WordPress very well at all!

I am currently researching their Reward Points plugin and its seems pretty good even at the Free level. The Pro version obviously has more features and I suppose most are fairly well thought out. I did find some logical thinking errors but nothing that they cant or wont fix (I did chat with Fazie) and he was very clear that either these changes / updates were already in development or will be very shortly.

I am willing to take him on face value since he was very open about current shortcomings of the plugin – and it has only a couple that I saw and that too because its something I particularly want – but this plugin is extremely good in its Free avatar but I’ll have a more detailed review of that when I have used it more.

Whats else ?
