PROBLEM:
the URL of an old page is still active (when the page no longer exists)
and an automatic redirection is active
=> I have not configured any redirect for this old page to the new one
=> I want to delete this redirect so that I can declare my old page as obsolete at Google
EXAMPLE (because I have about twenty pages in this case):
Old page URL that no longer exists:
https://www.momento-resort.com/contact-et-infos/newsletter/
URL to which it is referred:
https://www.momento-resort.com/infos-services/newsletter/
VERIFICATION
I checked on RedirectCheck (https://redirectcheck.com)
here is the result which would show that the redirect would come from wordpress:

SOLUTIONS SOUGHT
1) see in .htaccess file
no redirection present
2) deactivation of the redirect plugin (RankMath)
problem still present
3) see in the database
nothing found about the old URL
and of course, I have emptied (several times) all the caches (locally or on the server)
How do you remove this automatic redirect from this damn page that no longer exists?
Thank you very much for those who can provide me with a solution
]]>I have a local copy of an html site I’ve been replacing in wordpress. Can I make it available via a url from the new site by uploading to my host via ftp?
]]>Ex:
From https://mysite.com/cool-page
To https://mysite.com/new-cool-page
Only one thing. . . when we create a duplicate, the links I placed in myself are pointing to the old site.
www.tutoringclub.com
cloned to this new URL:
www.tutoringclub.com/franchise-original/
not all URL’s (specifically the buttons and images I set to internal pages) have “franchise-original” in the URL.
I have to go through each duplicated site and correct all of these. Is there a quick workaround?
Thanks again!

I created a website initially on an IP address and then I moved to another domain. Now the problem is that some of the images still show that old IP address in the URL.
What is the problem and how do I fix this?

Can you tell me, where I have to change the path/setting, to fix it? I tried to deactivate and delete the plugin, but when I install it back, the problem is still the same

www.domain.at/cms/index.php?id=6
to
www.domain.at/site1
I tried in htaccess
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^id=6$
RewriteRule ^cms/index\.php$ https://www.domain.at/site1/ [R=301]
Rewrite engine is on and the Rule is before the closing wordpress skipping index.php Cond.
looks like its pretty close, but unfortunately not correct.
Can ypu please help me out?

You don’t have permission to access /subdirectory/ on this server.
My site is www.garbocc.co.uk
My old test site was www.garbocc.co.uk/subdirectory.co.uk
I hope you are able to help. Thanks very much.

]]>Now Bluehost have updated my url to the permanent url of textiletrails.com.au (good) and some of the shareaholic related posts buttons link to pages with the permanent url (great) and some of them still link to pages with the url such as https://69.195.124.212/~textilg4/sam-tai-village/(sad)
Any ideas for how to correct this?
I emptied the cache and the same problem occurs, so it’s current.
