WP offload S3 + WP Stateless

Hello guys,
First, congratulations to the plugin, incredible.

I have just done some testing with both PLUGIN WP offload S3 and WP Stateless … without complete success.

What happens:

the pictures go to the BUCKET perfectly.
But after the loaded image is OPTIMIZED, it does not go to the BUCKET, even though I’m doing a sync …

I have tested in various browsers, via inspection tools and even downloading the image, to see the size.

So as the images are optimized after they upload to BUCKET – it seems that optimized images are only on the server ….

Do you have any solutions for this?

I would like to use WP offload S3 + Short Pixel, for more than 50 sites.

Offload S3 and CDN. What’s the difference?

I have Offload S3 installed on my site. I also have heard of CDNs like MaxCDN and am wondering what the difference is between a CDN like Max CDN and using Offload S3.

Featured Images No Longer Cropped

Originally, any featured image would be cropped to the same proportions for the widget areas of our theme, but since the move to Offload S3 this has stopped. Images are now shown with their original proportions (as an example, we’ll have a row of 4 images, but the one hosted on S3 is much taller than the other 3).

We are using the Weta theme by Elma Studio. I’ve contacted their support as well since I am not sure which side is causing the problem.

Apologies as the page is currently in maintainance mode awaiting website launch and I’m unable to share the URL.

Is there some setting that might be causing this?

WP Offload S3 & Nested Pages Conflict

Hello –

Anyone using WP Offload S3, just a warning that there is a conflict with the updated version 1.6.1 and Nested Pages 2.0.4 where it will break your site until you disable Nested Pages!

Here was my output:

Issue with updating license key

I purchased the Offload S3 plugin on Friday 5/27/2016. I have wordpress installed on my private EC2 server running a LAMP stack. After installing the plugin, I am unable to add the license key. I keep getting this error:
Activate Your License — To finish activating WP Offload S3, enter your license key. If you don’t have a license key, you may purchase one.
All essential features will continue to work, but a few non-essential features will be disabled until you activate your license.

How to get rid of time-stamp folder when uploading files via offload s3

Hi Support.

when i upload an image it loads the file to AWS as follows
wp-content/uploads/2016/02/03061421/image.jpeg , which the folder “03061421” was added automatically.
How can i configure the plugin not to add this intermediate folder.

Preventing subdirectories in S3 upload

In the Configure File URLs section of the Offload S3 plugin settings, it provides a customizable Path for the files to go. I have both left this as default and changed it, but when I go S3 bucket, the files are being split into time-stamped subdirectories.

For example: https://my_blog.s3.amazonaws.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/20151118114849/logo.png

Is there a way to prevent the subdirectories from being made and just dump everything into one folder?

Offload s3 does not seem to work on subdomains

Hi,

Our WP admin is installed on https://admin.domain.com and the content is served on https://www.domain.com. They are 2 separate servers but they both share the same database server. When we upload images from admin.domain and publish it the images are uploaded to s3 and display without any errors but the same page on www.domain return 404.

Is it possible that the offload s3 works for one domain only?

Conflict – Offload S3

This plugin conflicts with Offload S3. The Crop Editor screen tries to show the local files, and fails.
