I reached out to my web host and they suggested I contact Jetpack and told me that the plug-in might be having issues connecting to xmlrpc.php (I know nothing about this requirement or what this file is). But they confirm that the “file is enabled” so to reach out here.
has anyone encountered this before?
I get these emails every day.
]]>If they click on one of these payment methods on the invoice, the payment page is blank. I tried to add code/content to the page but it does not display anything other than my logo at the top.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!
]]>Since the latest upgrade of WordPress, I’ve been experiencing issues for my users to connect to my website. Once they search for my url, they get redirected to a blank page with 2 blue bouncing balls. On the back-end the website appears live and all updates have been executed and subscriptions have been extended. Does anyone have any advice on how to get the site live again?
With Kind regards, Linda
]]>I am able to sign in to my dashboard, but the site link there has the same issue as above. Our Jetpack log shows a number of site url and home url changes that we didn’t submit, but they’re all still the same url for our site.
My wordpress.com dashboard (for my profile, if I’m reading correctly, not our site) shows 12 updates available: a core 6.4.2 update, and a bunch of theme update for Twenty Twelve through Twenty Twenty-Three. Trying to do any of these updates, individually or altogether, yields a ‘an error occurred while updating’ message.
We first checked on the WP.com forums, who advised us that our site is actually on WP.org software (presumably because we are hosted by Bluehost?). I am a bit unclear on that situation since I did not have a WP.org account until creating one to get support for this problem. We did check our Bluehost account, and the did not see any issues with the domain.
At any rate, the inability to access our /wp-admin dashboard seems to be making troubleshooting difficult. Thank you for any guidance.

]]>1- Can the form be availabe for download and be used offline?
2- Can the form somehow save one or more user’s inputs so the form use later in formulas?
For example, the calculator has an option for the user that enables the calculation of his/her insulin correction factor. Can the form save that result to use next time without having to calculate it again? or can it save results of past submitions and output the average of multiple submitions of specific fields?
