TL;DR
Turning off the asking for email feature

Hello!

I made a bot that ask for the user information and at the end send the next message:

“We will be i touch, meanwhile, we will be happy to know what is your question”.

When im offline, if the user is sending a message, the built in feature which asking for email when the operetor is offline will show up. But the user wrote his details a minute ago.

how can I modify/disable it?

Chat popup shows offline message to visitor instead of start chat

Hi,
I have used the plugin, Plugin is very nice. But I am facing a problem. When I am logged in as admin it shows me correct chat popup – https://i.imgur.com/2F5Tjo2.png . And when I check it as a visitor it shows me https://i.imgur.com/Jb4PR3H.png offline message popup.
Also when agent is online then also it shows offline to visitor.
So can anyone help me to solve this problem.

offline messages sent to emails not working

I have put my email address to receive offline messages unfortunately I haven’t receive any email. I have ran countless test but I haven’t been successful. I have also checked my spam box, nothing has shown up.
Please assist.

Offline email Message not working

Hi,

Congratulations for your plugin , works perfectly and thinking about purchase the pro version for all the great features you’re offering.

I have only one problem: when I set “send offline message via email” it doesn’t work. If I use WP Mail it says “Message sent”, but I do not receive any email. If I set PHP Mailer, I filled all the fields with mandrill smtp datas, but the message stuck on “Sending…” and never send anything either.

What is the probem ? How can I solve it ?

What’s up? Sent myself a test chat message while I was offline and when I went to retrieve the message by emaiing the bot, [email protected], I got a permenant error. This is the full text of the reply:

[email protected]

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain flexytalk.info by smtp.secureserver.net. [216.69.186.201].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.
