I put together the instructions for offline donation using the text editor, with images and everything. On the computer it looks great, but there are still some problems with links and some tools. On a cell phone, the instruction does not adjust to the screen. Texts and images extend beyond the screen size. While the form part adjusts normally. Only in the offline donation instructions option. Can you do a test and see what’s going on, please?

Hi,
I have set up GiveWP for our kayak club website and activated billing details for stripe and for offline transfers (überweisung).
When running a test, the billing details show for stripe direct debit, but does not show when I choose offline transfer as an option, although activated.
Any ideas?

I’ve tested the billing details collection right now using the Offline Donations payment method and when I check the donation form, the billing details fields are displayed properly.
Here is a screenshot of that:
If you can give us clear and detailed steps to replicate this issue, we are happy to dig deeper into it. From our tests, it’s working as expected.

Screenshot 1 shows that the offline donations billing is activated. It has also been saved.
Screenshot 2 shows the webpage and that the billing details do not appear as they should.

]]>My example is concerning excluding Offline Donations for Recurring Donations. I want to only use Paypal or Stripe to automatically manage recurring donations. I don’t want to handle recurring donations manually each month for any subscribers. I’d have to remind them to send checks each month which would be a nightmare! However, I do want to offer offline donations for one-time donations as my clients tend to older and some prefer mailing checks.
Problem is there seems to be no way exclude offline payments for just recurring donations. Seems I’m only able to select the desired payments in the Payment Gateway settings tab and then those gateways must appear across all forms regardless.
