Reduce Spacing/Padding?

obox social commerce issue

I have an issue with the obox social commerce.
I installed it on my website and it seems it’s not working as expected.

The links on landing page are not working.

my website: www.egifter.ro
obox website: www.egifter.ro/?obox-fb=1

my website is hosted on a litespeed server.

I moved all the files (database, and wordpress) to my localhost (wamp server) and it works perfectly.

If there’s somebody who had this experience or know a solution please help me.

Hello,

All of a sudden, my site totally disappear. If I go at www.muffleretgazoline.com it’s a blank page. No error message, nothing. Same if I try to access my control panel via www.muffleretgazoline.com/wp-admin

I called GoDaddy and they told me everything was fine on their side. So they told me I might be WP, a pluggin or a theme update.

How should I desactivate or switch theme via a file manager since I can’t access control panel.

I’m using mag.Press them from Obox.

Hi all, I don’t have any knowledge on HTML/Wordpress whatsoever, but I managed to finish my website. The only thing that I can’t get right no matter what I try, is getting my logo to be sharp and crisp! I have no idea what I can do about this. I’ve tried uploading it in different sizes, resolutions, file types, etc. I would very much appreciate it if someone could help me with this.

OBOX Capital theme – Hard coded slug changes

Hi,

i am currently using the Obox Capital theme for my site and within there is a ‘services’ template.

Every time i add a service (e.g IT Repairs) through this template however, it appears like this:

mydomain.com/services/itrepairs

I want to change the hardcoded /services/ section so it appears like this:

mydomain.com/computing/itrepairs

Currently, there is nowhere in the theme for me to do this as the /services/ bit is hard coded.

Can anybody offer any advice please, the product forum isnt responding.

I am new to WordPress and I purchased the premium package from Obox theme: handmade two. I am having problems getting the demo to upload. When I click on the Demo icon it was taking me to a broken link. I contacted the support team and the creator sent me the XML file to upload into WordPress. When I tried to upload all I received was a failure notice and that “does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number”. I tried using a different theme template with the same end result. Does anyone know how to correct this? I am lost as to what I can do to correct this problem? Thank y’all so much in advance for any advice that you can give me in this matter.

Maintenance mode plugin

First of all what ever happened to the wordpress maintenance mode? I couldn’t find it so I downloaded Lauchpad by Obox. It doesn’t seem to work. When I view the page at the top of page is sentence on top of sentences and for some reason it is also clickable which brings me back to the websites homepage. Also even though I have the plugin in turned on the site still shows normally and the maintenance page does not show at all. What’s up with this?

transferring selecta theme from free wordpress

I’m using selecta by Obox Design for my free blog. I love it. Exactly what I want. I’d like to use it in my hosted url wp account. I can’t find it among the available themes to download directly from wp, and the version I get direct from Obox is not the full-blown awesome version I use on wp.com.

Any fixes?
