How to solve this?
]]>I’d like to add support for augmented reality files. I tried to add a .usdz file to my website and it got rejected by WordPress. I want to upload .usdz, .obj and .gltf files to my site, so that Android and iOS users can view objects. ]]>
I have a wordpress on Windows 2012 R2 webserver, IIS8, and installed plugin vrm360.
The loader is just spinning.

I’ve put the same site on local development linux server, and works fine.

Any idea what on windows server is not working?

Firstly thank you for the great plugin – I know if I can get it configured it’s going to be awesome!
I’m having an issue with the obj file loading without the textures or materials. I first tried uploading the obj, mtl and png textures through the WordPress media library, however, nothing would show except the spinning wheel. I then deleted all the files from the media library and uploaded a seperate folder through FTP to the ‘wp-content/uploads’ folder and can now get the model to show by using the full url path. The issue is that the wireframe has been ‘redrawn’ and none of the textures are displaying.

]]>I have tried several models, and non of them show. I just continually get the scrolling wheel. When i try to upload .stl file wordpress refuses. I currently have two 3d models in my library one is an.obj the other is an.wrl non work. I am no expert.Thanks
